But like I say, no way was their parade on our level.

Only one who said we only had 80 000 was Sullivan. The metropolitan police put it at 150- 200 000 .

Trouble is they'll chuck a shitload more money at it now so to avoid relegation again.

Another shit the bed home performance from spurs today. Imagine their struggle next season with CL every other week. Might lump a few on relegation, odds would be decent.
Indeed first time round we had to play Lyon, Sevillia and Frankfurt. Second time knocked out by the winners of the Bundesliga whom hadn't lost a game all season.
Yep. UEFA proper fucked up the format format competition so cunty Clubs like Spurs could benefit. It's nothing more than a glorified Conference League Cup now.
Then Alkmaar and Fiorentina were better than Man U and Spurs are now. Maybe even Anderlect?
Yep. UEFA have made a right pigs ear of European Football competition in recent times. Dicked about with involving a laughable 4/5 Clubs in the "Champions" League making it far too big and diluting the quality in that competition i.e. This shocking Spurs side will now be in it. They then needlessly got rid of the Cup Winners Cup that had genuine prestige and history and was solely for Cup Winners. And now replaced that with a 3rd rate piss weak competition, whilst simultaneously making the once prestigious UEFA Cup piss weak too.

Look at the turnout after our conference win . Compared to there turnout . Absolutely pitiful from the Nancy boys . Dwarfs the only thing stopping this club .
It was being reported they expected 150,000 Spurs fans at their Trophy parade, I call absolute bollocks on that. Ours looked more ans we had around 70,000 they were saying back then.

Spot on but the problem is we're never going to hear the end of it
I'm looking forward to them getting smashed in the champions league

When they devalue the UEFA Cup competition to the point a Team can now win it by beating Bodo/glimt, Hoffenheim, Ferencvaros, Elfsborg, Qarabag, Alkmaar (played in 2 ties) and a 16th place shocking Man Utd Team that finished 8th last season, then it's difficult to be impressed by it. Hollow victory and the rest of Football knows it.
The pathetic Anti-Football wankers couldn't even achieve it without the aid of a handball assist from the opposition, their only shot on target!

I was amused that the winners get 50 medals to parcel out but only 30 are taken to the podium with the 20 handed over in the change room
Got to the end & didn’t have a medal for Son as Maddison the full kit wanker went up along with Reguillon who I don’t think was in any Europe squad
Think I also saw Mido, Vincent Jansen, Harry Kane , Deli Alli, Alfie Conn & Barry Daines in the medal queue

No problem at all, I'm happy to keep reminding them of it as well. Only won a Cup because of a weakened competition and played in the worst Final ever after their worst ever season in the Premier League will be satisfying to say.
This is supposed to be a Club that prides itself on being a quality Football Team remember and they couldn't showcase it at any point. All they can brag about is finally winning a trophy after 17 long years and having to pay an absolute fortune to achieve it. Leicester still have a better recent history than them! They should be winning a Trophy almost every other year the way they are set up. Just 1 poxy Trophy after 17 years to show for it ffs!

Even when they finally win a long awaited elusive Trophy they still manage to remain the laughing stock of Football for all the wrong reasons!

I’m just gutted that they have surpassed what we did in Prague 2 years ago.
Should lighten up on yourself fella. They are a laughing stock and the world’s media is calling the ‘worst final ever’. Imagine having to live with that humiliation after waiting 17 years to win something. Out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I think Napoli winning the league isn’t really comparable.
