Little footnote, perhaps for "Unchained Melody", if it's not already had a mention?

It was a bit surreal as if you looked up, there was Cher sat in the balcony.
I don't BELIEVE that.
I see what you did there...

I was at an fairly small Bon Jovi show at the Astoria in the early 90s. They opened with what was a truly remarkable cover of With A Little Help From My Friends.
Like them or not it was a magnificent display of sheer pro musicianship. The backing vocals alone were vast in their scale and precision. Been to so many gigs and that moment really stood out as special.

I'm a bit undecided on this. But it's a great cover, by great singers of a great song. Happy memories of this time, out and about and following the hammers.

I think that some songs are almost impossible to fuck up when covering, unless that is an artists explicit intention.
Never heard, so far, a bad rendition of the classic "I'd Rather Go Blind" , Elton John's "Love Song", or the immortal "Love Hurts".
Anyhow, I'm off to search through the "What are you listening to now" thread and list a few band's songs just to prove I'm not musically one-dimensional.
