If you want to do it legally, it needs to be by destroying his wealth. I guess bankruptcy of West Ham by not putting a penny into the club would do it, but how do you organise that? And it is a big pull of you nose to spite someone or whatever that saying is.

Yes stop going and stop buying merch is probably the best thing you can do. However, with PL parachute payments, TV money, and 50% off stadium rent, Sullivan may still be able to break even with a mostly empty stadium for 2 seasons, despite how bad it would look. Sullivan would then sell when the parachute money runs out. 
No EPL tourists in the championship either, clearing out the hospitality income. 
The only faster way I can think of is if we were to get relegated again

He’s cleansed the club of too many proper West Ham fans, although admirably hammers united give it a go there’s really not enough fight left from those that remain 
 

Stop going, an empty 60k stadium would be a statement but people still will, especially the tourists but as long as fans buy tickets Sullivan is happy.

Lure him in to a container dressed up on the outside as a kiddies nursery in much a similar vein as the child catcher in chitty chitty bang bang Wagon, then once he's inside we switch on a lamp to reveal all WHO members armed with a baseball bat each. It shouldn't take long and the noises will be reasonably contained. I'm up for it.
