Daily Quiz anyone?
"If you are stuck at home and bored like me. How about exercising the old grey cells? I have for a number of years run quiz nights and couple of times a year. I was due to do one tomorrow which is now cancelled So I have a bank of questions sitting in my computer's hard drive. They are quite eclectic in their nature. I am thinking I could put up a set of questions for which you write down your answers. After 30mins or so I will put up the answers. DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS. before I post the right answers. You mark your own answers and post your score. I will then record the scores and at the end of the ""lockdown"" we will see who is WHO's brainbox supreme. Obiviously no looking up the answers (you only cheat yourselves) Word of warning these won't be easy questions as they have been devised for teams of six. Forming teams on here might be too problematic. So I'll try to pick out the easier questions. Any interest?"

Re: Daily Quiz anyone?
16 today thanks. Went on honeymoon to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. The Maldavian island we were on was beautiful. Never thought that a resort without TV or any outside contact would be good but snorkelling on reef every day was more than enough. Swimming wiith black tip reef sharks was quite something and getting a clean from cleaner wrasse. That and the brutal cocktails which were part of the all inlcusive deal.

"Totally agree. Just don't understand what goes through the minds of film studios with remakes and some sequels and how they think they will be a success. If the original is good, how are you going to better it? The ones that do succeed like Aliens or the BTTF Trilogy have one thing going for them and that is they still have the main protagonist or characters of the original. For instance as talented as the girls from the Ghostbusters remake might be who actually thought they could recapture the chemistry of Murray, Ramis, Hudson and Ackroyd?! Anyway...... Vampire Quiz 1. Re: Daily Quiz anyone?
"Aye decent film. The villain in it is the same bad guy from karate kid 3 (and cobra kai s4 and 5) Terry ailver Same with lost Boys and dusk till dawn. Awful sequels. They were gonna make lost girls soon after original but dropped the plans. Literally watched lost boys a week ago and dusk till dawn a couple of weeks back. The remake to q17 if fucking awful, can't remember much about the original sequel as I haven't seen it for 30 years. But my recollection is it wasnt that bad. and you can't get it anywhere at all now. ""You're so cool brewster"""
