So....on to the seagulls. Soler is suspended for this one, and Emerson is back...although I'd say Coufal was very good in the last game. Not clear yet if Todibo is recovered from his damaged toe.

My lineup
Fabianski

Coufal.  Todibo.   Kilman.  AWB

Soucek

Alvarez.        Paqueta

Bowen (c).     Fullkrug.          Kudus
Prediction:

The team once again has motivation through tragedy, with JLo's father passing away this week...I'd expect to seem them come out the blocks in this game.  Could be a basketball style match with us at home, Brighton playing a very high line, and also looking to get back with a win.

Score: 2-2 (Fullkrug, Kudus)

Kind of like your team Stubbo, but not sure if Fullkrug is up to a start, I think I prefer to see Summerville. I guess that makes Bowen, up front, but would rather see us try Kudus or Summerville maybe have them swapping about?

Thanks Stubbo

Need a decent home performance.
Team I’d like to see

GK Fab
RB AWB
CB Todibo
CB Kilman
LB Emerson
CM Soucek
CM Alvarez
AM Kudos
RW Bowen
LW Summerville
CF Fulkrug

Brighton are often open to counter so I’d like to see kudos central.

Hmmm no Soler due to suspension.

We are still waiting to see us put back-to-back wins and even good performances together. Just not seen enough improvement to be convinced we can follow up with a result against Brighton. The well documented defficiences in midfield seem to get found out every other game. Would love to be proved wrong but expect a draw at very best.
