For those who won’t ever take women’s football seriously, they can point to that as a good example to support their claims that it’s a joke version of the game.

This is why I believe (hope) Jr isn't going to want to control the club after dad croaks it. I saw a couple of eps and the kid is in no way equipped to do it. Seems a more decent human but soft between the ears. He'll get rings run round him by everyone if he tries to run the club. Best he can do is get some savvy benevolent (ie not dad's mates) people to run the club while he just sits in the chair and watches. Brady might even not be that bad if she's shed of Sullivan's shadow- I could be way wrong with that though and she's probably most likely. You'd think that was the time Kretinsky and the Golds would make some sort of power play.

You know what, now you’ve mentioned it, I’d be prepared to give Brady a chance in the big seat with Sullivan in the ground. The major plus would be that she isn’t an owner so the board could sack her as CEO if she underperforms.

Of course, this was also the case with Terry Brown so there’s no guarantee that the owners wouldn’t just leave her in power no matter what.

Much clearer understanding by the players of what Potter wants and “joined up” actions in pressing together, one and 2 touch passing, lots if energy all over the pitch etc.  Best 90 mins playing as a team I’ve witnessed in a long long while.

Jack Sullivan has zero work experience besides playing games with fringe elements of WHUFC and has led a privileged life this far, protected from the real world.

To be fair (hoping here) the kid might realise he's perhaps not a business minded bloke and leave it to experts- the only trouble is they will have to be benevolent experts i.e. not his dad's mates. He might not even want the responsibility and just want to sit in the box in a non executive role. Kretinsky and the Golds would run absolute rings around him anyway, most likely. The executive power might even be put in Brady's hands.

If he wants to 'run' the club, we just have to hope he doesn't put his trust/faith in the hands of self interested snakes and leeches like his old man's mates. To be fair what I've seen he does seem to be a bit more sensitive and soft than his old man so might not want all the pressure headaches and stick that his dad can just shake off with no sort of guilt or sense ownership. Not everyone is cut out to be so beligerent and thick skinned

They may even just want to cash out, even if the intention was to pass the club down to them.
