I get my economic news from Mohammed El Arian, Armstrong economics, Ray Dalio and other renowned economists who don’t talk up their own portfolios.

For politics I pay attention to facts. I don’t listen to any left wing media as they are all propagandists. I do pay attention to what is said under oath though. So my opinion on the Russian collusion hoax is based on what was said under oath by Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager and Christopher Steele. Something the left wing media prefer to not to discuss.

I listen to what Elon Musk says, I trust his opinion over any Democrat or liberal out there, and I use other news outlets, Bill Oreilly and Chris Cuomo have a decent back and forth podcast. Joe Rogan I find entertaining.

Journal editorial report, Sunday morning futures and Media Buzz have good knowledgeable guests from both sides of the aisle that talk about policy.

i also like Brett Baier ( spelling) I think he is fair and balanced.

How about you?
"For politics I pay attention to facts"
apart from all the stuff you posted on here?

Ray Dalio is mental, have you ever read 'The Fund'??
He hasn't read any books, lets be honest, he gets his "info" from facebook and instagram
I still think I’ll look at all of his successes and stick with my opinion thanks.

Who do you listen to Adam Schiff ffs? Kier Starmer? Diane Abbott?

The Dems are in such desperate disarray that the American public decided overwhelmingly that Teump at his worst is still better than anybody they can offer up. Anyone who enjoys seeing them exposed for what they are would enjoy the'Ruthless' podcast, very good listen twice a week.

they are too busy going out setting fire to the neighborhood Teslas to care about who their next leader is. Deranged mob, absolutely crackers.
Been reports of them being targeted by radical lefties here as well, fucking bonkers🙄 Up until about 18 months ago old Elon was the darling of the climate crazy's with his EV cars, but since he turned and then got into the Trump camp and DOGE he's become the devil in disguise, any lefty or climate sympathizer worth there salt is quickly getting rid of the Tesla (if they can afford one 🤣) and the more radicals are vandalizing them, so any poor fucker who bought one has to be careful when its parked😡 not to mention the second hand value has plummeted!

The Tesla apparently has loads of cameras so you would hope the more stupid will get caught, but its common knowledge down these parts so the sneaky antifa loving cunts wear masks when they do their vandalizing, and not sure plod has the time, resources or effort to track them via CCTV if available until they take mask off.

Then why have them?
They have them because some people of that faith chose to follow that faith. If two people want a sharia council to oversee their divorce then that’s up to them. It’s a freedom of choice. No different to a couple deciding to settle their own divorce amicably outside the courtroom.

Sharia law is not part of uk law, uk courts do not enforce it or recognise it.

and you’ve got the front to call me gullible.
So you are saying when they get Divorces by a Sharia council they are still considered married under U K law?
They still have to file taxes as a married couple?

I think you’re lying!

Jesus Christ you’re making this difficult.

Sharia law is not part of the legal system in the UK. The UK follows a common law system, meaning laws are made by Parliament and interpreted by the courts.

However, some Muslim communities use Sharia councils or tribunals to settle family and civil disputes (such as divorce or inheritance) in accordance with Islamic principles. These councils do not have legal authority and their decisions are only binding if both parties agree to them and they do not conflict with UK law. For example, the divorce would still have to go through all the legal steps a ‘normal’ divorce would do.

UK courts do not enforce Sharia law, and any rulings from Sharia councils must comply with British law, particularly human rights and equality laws.

Sharia councils are not recognised by the judicial system YET. Don't worry about that, it will come. It is all part of their plan to enforce the dark ages back into Europe. We already have a Labour MP wanting de facto blasphemy laws, making it a criminal offence to take the piss out of the "Abrahamic" religions, and 2TK seeming to be sympathetic to it. You would still be able to take the piss out of Sikhs and Hindus. They have a stranglehold on the present party of Government which wants to define Islamophobia as part of it's policies while ensuring a soft approach to Muslim crimes. If you don't believe that you should see the Home Office memo stating that complaining about rape gangs is a product of the far right, a nonsense which was repeated by Jess Phillips a minister in parliament. The reason Labour don't want these crimes and cover ups investigated is because they need the Muslim vote, but also because their politicians have been complicit in the cover ups. The vast majority of the general public are sleepwalking into a situation like The Spanish Inquisition which unfortunately they  don't seem to expect.
