"To have 18 (eighteen) points more at the same stage as last season and 4 more than anyone else is a real eye opener and pretty fucking mad to be fair. So much for Rice being a massive miss. I suppose you would (mainly) have to put it down to the change in system up top with Kudus coming in and Antonio taking a back seat for the best part, plus JWP's deliveries. We are still conceding most games."

"A comparison of each team's points won in the Premier League this season, compared to the same stage last season: +18 West Ham +14 Aston Villa +13 Liverpool +11 Everton +9 Bournemouth +8 Wolves +3 Tottenham Hotspur -1 Brighton -2 Manchester City -3 Chelsea -3 Nottingham Forest -5 Crystal Palace -7 Brentford -8 Manchester United -9 Newcastle United -10 Arsenal -10 Fulham So, we are leading this stat. Interesting that Arsenal are 10 pts worse off before there Jan expected blip"

"El Coucho 10:13 Fri Dec 29 Absolutely, not sure what some people want? Moyes aint perfect but you look at the stats and I'm not sure anyone else realistically available could do better?"

Apparently they're sitting down in January to discuss it and the terms will be with Tim Steidten in control of recruitment... If Whetstone is to be believed.

"If he really is being offered a new contract now, then that's ridiculous. I'm Moyes out, but things have improved recently (although not really the style of play) and if the rest of the season continued in this vein, then perhaps a new contract might be warranted. But suppose it all goes wrong again. It seems just as likely that it will as it won't."

El Coucho - I think you missed out the 20 league defeats last season... Also a record I believe..

"If you’re David Sullivan why would you not give him another contract? Sullivan doesn’t give a fuck about the football, just the results."

"It would be best for everyone of he left amicably at the end of the season. It's fucking depressing watching moyesball week in week out. Yes we may be getting results this season (dont forget we were lucky not to go down last), and the football is absolutely dire. Especially if we face a team that sits back. I'd like to see who steidten would get in.. Yes we beat arsenal last night, but let's be honest. One of those arsenal chances goes in and we'd have crumbled. We can't sit back like this and keep getting away with it."

"Vexed is a man child. His tantrums on here are legendary. If you showed one of his “rants” on here to a friend and tried to explain to them that these are written by a grown adult who apparently doesn’t suffer from mental issues (Debatable), they wouldn’t believe you. His match predictions are also legendary. Mostly for getting them wrong of course. Just humour him."
