Surprised Paqueta has been dropped. He was good at Newcastle but poor against Arsenal, but you could say that about several. This puts more onus on Soler for midfield creativity, but fair enough - he's been improving.

A Fullkrug sighting! (albeit on the bench). Hope we've put Arsenal behind us. We really should be winning this and the next. I would say make or break but I don't believe Sullivan is ready for humble pie any time soon.

Well we have to score at least two as the Greek will fuck up for at least one of theirs. Fingers crossed we do the hard yards again as we did at Newcastle and did not quite spectacularly against the North London Pricks Mk 2

I think we'll win this match comfortably. Leicester are dreadful and we have shown signs of improvement that lead me to think we'll demolish some team when it clicks. I may, of course, be very wrong but that's my thoughts on the matter.

The more I think about it, the more I think we'll completely take the piss out of them.
I reckon the 'oles!' will be coming out again from the away end, and I reckon Ruud will be wondering what he's let himself in for.

I think it worked pretty well last season when Charley started doing the match thread early (the day after the previous game IIRC) but as you say best run a poll...or even a Pole.

We've always had a separate Predicitons and Match Thread. Just keeping up the tradition there.
If there's a groundswell of opinion that there should only be one thread per match that covers predictions and the match itself fine by me (will save me the job of creating two separate threads each fixture).
I'll run a poll on it after this game to see what consensus is.
