We’re basically playing “smother-ball” today. Just packing midfield, sitting very deep and pressing in small, contained areas once they’re in our half.

But we have so little going forward.

Don’t mind this away from home. But it has to work. If the end result is we lose 1-0 then it’s just as bad as anything else we’ve tried. Because we’re forgoing most attacking movement.

we've looked ok defensively and probably just had the best chance of the half (Paqueta) after Fernandez got in behind. Better overall but we still look woeful going foward.

I cannot beleive I just saw West Ham midfielder make a run behind a defender to recieve a through ball!!!

I would point fingers at the midfielders before Fullkrug, we can't lift the play.
They are wrapping up Bowen, cause they know that's the one real threat

got to give credit to forest here, we've done well to soak it up, hopefully we'll see Fernandes moved central and Summerville on second half

Fernandes has been the best player on the pitch in his first 30 minutes, in all fairness to him.

Fernandes looking bright, but we're struggling to switch it long and wide to get out.

Need to get it to Bowen.  Fullkrug too needs to offer more.
