"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Your message said 3 picks when it was a fumble and two picks. Get it right dumbo. We are 12-4 and finishing above your mob again whilst this has all gone on. Just think how good we'll be when he cuts that out (like he did in the 2nd half yesterday).

"Actually saw some signs of life in the Jets last night, despite throwing the game away when it mattered. Zach Wilson is a talented young QB, clearly. But he needs more consistent support and receiving targets. He has definitely improved since he came back after mild knee-knack. But we have seen this before, with Sam Darnold, who was a talented young QB when he arrived in east Rutherford...only to be ruined by consistently poor and indifferent coaching. The jury is still out on the defense, which is young and naive, and still can't see out games. That has to be the focus of the big draft coming up for Saleh in April 2022: we have three very high picks. Really hard to judge Saleh's first season for a number of reasons: he lost Wilson for four or five key games, he contracted Covid and was 'coaching' from his bedroom etc. Every time we seem to take a step forward as a unit, we then follow it up with two steps back. Losing Bekton for most of the season was a huge blow. Any rookie QB would struggle without his blind side protection. Overall, we're only as good as when Saleh took over, but there are some promising green shoots of recovery: Wilson, Carter, Vera-Tucker etc."

"I watched the Jets / Tampa game yesterday, as my son said they are a bit like West Ham (of old). I was certainly impressed at how they snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Are they the closest to being an NFL West Ham?"

-10 yards passing. 4 turnovers 3 points scored. Apart from Saquon Barkley. Everyone.(And I include the tea lady.) Should be shot. As a act of mercy. It's scorched earth in East Rutherford. Fortunately West Ham are making me Smile. Because the Giants are doing their best to give me the raving hump. Go G Men.

"ironsofcanada 8:09 Mon Jan 3 I'm assuming you're the Great Turkey Ripoff. Congratulations on your win. Was lo9ing like it might be close for a while but Burrows and Penney really took it away from me. Well deservered, I had no business being in the final anyway, would have been a travesty if I'd won."

"Some big games next week. Chargers at Raiders winner is in the playoffs. Chargers should win this. Niners at Rams, Rams want to win the west, Niners need a win to be in. Niners win by a Touchdown. Over and under for Matthew Stafford has got to be 3 interceptions and 3 sacks. Every week he throws at least 3 picks."

Antonio Brown has had another melt down. Probably the end of a career. Rams are down by two scores at the Ravens minute left in the 3rd. Bucs losing by two TD's to the Jets.
