"Really thought Bowen would make it. Cannot see Ings playing point, he drops back too much and gets stuck in chasting the ball. We'll score, with Paqueta, Kudus, Ings and Soucek geting forward when we attack. Thanks Elpojohn"

"What a depressing line up, that is the slowest side in the league, most likely all 4 divisions. It's impossible for Moyes to justify starting the old carthorse up top, totally baffling. Fuck off Moyes."

Without Antonio and Bowen I'd play Benrahma or Cornet instead of Ings & Paqueta centrally as a false 9 assuming that Moyes will never start Mubama To me Ings role should be restricted to Mark Nobles old job of sweeping up the away dressing room before we get on the bus

"I'm going for a 3-2 win here. It's the dour, defensive sides like Everton that we really struggle against. This Burnley side likes to get it down and play a bit, which will be to our advantage. So I am expecting us to score at the very least two, but on the other hand we are very unlikely not to concede."

"Daveyg Unlike you I’m not attracted to men. I think you’ll find I’m no fan of Ings. As for Moyes, as long as he is “ my “ manager then I’ll support him."

Ward Prowse free kick goal today to match Beckhams record.
Re: ‚ö? Burnley v West Ham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"It’s quite simple if you play Ings, you can’t play the way you do with Antonio or to a degree Bowen up front. Both can take ball to feet with their backs to goal and create from there. Ings absolutely cannot. Kudus has to play near to him, and the emphasis has to be on clear cut chance creation. It’s all Ings is good at. Moyes will however play the same format and be surprised when Ings barely touched the ball. Cornet would be the smarter choice up front on that basis."

"Remember going there to see us lose 2 - 1, David Nugent giving Matthew Upson the run about and a very fat Benni McCarthy waddling about for us upfront to be replaced by an equally shocking Mido! Hopefully we've progressed a bit from then!"

"Looking forward to this now and a nice Sat 4pm game. I fancy a 1-1 or a narrow win, I'm expecting Burnley to be better than their points tally to date suggests. Yes they have lost all their home games, but it was only really the Palace game that was a bit of a shocker. No doubt it will be the usual all 3 CM's playing with Paq out left. Depressing."
