"Not usually a fan of box sets more to do with my lack of concentration/patience probably. I started watching zerozerozero on Thursday evening and finished all 8 episodes Friday night as others on here have said well worth watching,I’m no expert but really impressed with the chosen locations filmed/recorded really well."

"Billy - You should like Succession. Has a great score in it which kind of made it for me. Some interesting characters. Some episodes seem a bit 'long' though and are a full hour. Loved the old man's character, like a fictional Rupert Murdoch."

Hot Spot and Capitani on Netfix are good. Especially the former.

Pennyworth is proper nonsense. Fun but absolute bollocks

"Your Honor started well and has deteriorated rapidly into the now standard procession of woke checklist drama. Every modern stereotype is catered to meticulously from the bad, racist cops, to the evil ‘crackers!, the wronged young black chap, and the wise black woman. By the way, I’m not saying any of those things don’t exist, they just don’t all need to exist in every single TV drama. If anything, because it gets a bit boring and....formulaic."

"I've just watched Pennyworth. Set in a dystopian London it's a lot of fun. Danny Cannon produces and directs. He's a good friend of a good friend who told me a couple of years back that Danny had a meeting with Netflix, with just an idea. No script, treatment, synopsis, anything. By the end of the meeting they sanctioned a 120 million dollar budget to make season 1 and then left him to it with full creative control. This is the result."

Surely Gommorah is worth sticking with if only for Immacolata's dress sense and taste in furniture? She looks like Lily Savage threw up on her.

"Is Gomorrah seriously worth sticking with? It was alright until Genny returned from Honduras and instantly morphed from mummy's little fat boy to a slimmed down psycho, complete with soppy barnet. That was a laughably bad episode. Altered Carbon seems decent, if you're off your tits."
