Re: Hamas attack Israel
Yes they are as I have clearly stated. Israelis know in the main what Netanyahu is. ....but the fact is you can't do.peace deals where there us no trust. That has to be the starting point. Hard to see how that can be achieved ever.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"As always there’s a flip side to that Debs…. Say that story is true, but for Hamas to get their own kind of clearance they show they don’t want to fight as a test to see how Israel will treat them….and guess what….they vote in a hardline leader back in and start leaning towards being harsh on the Palestinians….look at that mosque thing they did to show they just can do things like that….they are BOTH as blinded by hatred of each other."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Looking to get very ugly? Iran saying it will intervene if Israel go into Gaza, as much as i can understand what Israel is doing having a nut job like Netanyahu in charge won't see any peace talks or halt to this conflict until he feels enough blood as been spilt. Netanyahu and Hamas as bad as each other in my opinion both don't give a flying fuck about the civilian population caught in the middle and about to get a blood bath unleashed on them. Cometh the hour, cometh the Man and the only Man who can stop this is that dithering fool in the white house, lets just hope he surprises us all, won't be holding my breath on that though."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Actually I need to make a correction..it seems about 55% of the Palestinians surveyed in 2021 would support HAMAS if there was an election. Found a very good source called NPR which also highlighted how HAMAS carried out their attack.snd why they can't be trusted, and you can't get peace without trust. 'In the lead-up to the Oct. 7 attack, Hamas made an effort to throw Israeli officials off the scent, including ""two years of subterfuge by Hamas that involved keeping its military plans under wraps and convincing Israel it did not want a fight,"" according to Reuters.'"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Tex/ White Pony you are making a mistake if you think Israel.and its current government are not being criticised and none more so than Israelis themselves and the Israeli press who have held Netanyahi to blame for much of what is happening. Also HAMAS aren't favoured by Palestinians. Palestinians haven't been able to hold free elections for some time. They are effectively a dictatorship. It's all very scary .

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Isn’t Wikipedia brilliant. I would suspect that Greek and Armenian Christian’s reject the label of Arabs mostly because Greeks and Armenians are not Arabic?

Re: Hamas attack Israel
race… Disagree… Hamas and Israel both responsible for state of Gaza people… Starving and withholding basic support by Israel will not be seen as positive by other nations… GazaGhetto has been a reality for many years… As is West Bank…

Re: Hamas attack Israel
"Tex No Hamas have Hamas is responsible for those that elected them. Hamas launch attacks from residential buildings, hospital, children playgrounds etc and then hide in them because they know Israel would have to abide by international law. What Hamas did last week went too far and now Israel are pissed and rightly so. They sent warning to people to get out so they don't get caught in the crossfire. Now it is down to Hamas to help those that have elected them, get out. But no, they force and tell them to stay. They have been seen blocking roads out of gaza. Why do you think Egypt have not opened their borders?"
Re: Hamas attack Israel
"To correct some assumptions made here about ""Arab Christian's"" From Wiki In Biblical etymology, Arab (Hebrew: arvi) comes from the desert origin of the Bedouins it originally described (arava means 'wilderness'). The concept of an Arab Christian identity remains contentious, with some Arabic-speaking Christian groups in the Middle East, such as Assyrians, Armenians, Greeks and others, rejecting an Arab identity. Individuals from Egypt's Coptic community and Lebanon's Maronite community sometimes assume a non-Arab identity. In short Arabs were Muslim's, primitive, poor, uneducated, backward, bedouins living in tents and originated from the desert. Christians naturally disassociate themselves from Arabs due to the above and as they have a completely different religion and beliefs, they are also a minority persecuted, segregated, many executed, tortured, subjected to genocide and treated as second class citizens in their predominantly Muslim country of birth, rather referring to themselves as Assyrians, Maronites et al or Christian Middle Easterns. Calling a Christian from the Middle East an Arab is ignorant and an insult."

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Obviously Hamas are cunts but why are Israel exempt from any criticism whatsoever? Seems very odd how terrified everyone is of levelling any criticism at them.

Re: Hamas attack Israel
It was working at subsistence level before this crisis… Keep basics flowing and move on Hamas… Israelis are overdoing it making civilians suffer… Bad enough bombing destroying infrastructure…now starving and denying medical help… Gaza has been a Ghetto for many years…set up by Jews…Ironically…

"There are natural aquafiers in Gaza, even Wadi Gaza used to be a source of clean drinking water. There was a massive polytunnel; and greenhouse farm network in Gaza up to 2005 - what happened to it? When will you wake up? When will people try to genuinely help Palestinians in Gaza?"

Re: Hamas attack Israel
Thousands will die within days due to lack of basics… Withholding the basics is a cruel way to die for civilians… Open up basic supply channels… Then smash Hamas…
