"Vexed, I’m indifferent with regards to Moyes but as far as watching a PL game it’s in our interest to side towards Liverpool beating Newcastle. Most of us want our team to do as well as possible. It’s not mundane at all you fucking idiot."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Moyes is getting a hell of a lot of credit from the easily pleased crew for us being temporarily sixth in the table. Never seen such excitement over something so mundane. If we finish in sixth then I think some credit will have been earned. But if we slump to 9th, crash out of the Europa in the next round and dont win the FA Cup then it's fair to say we've had a shit season right? I want to know what these idiots are expecting at the end of the season, as they dont appear to watch our games at all."

"Lively start from Liverpool will suit us,can’t see Newcastle getting fuck all out of this."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
This Brighton match will indeed be a tough game and test the squad depth once more. It’s a New Year so I will resist the overriding feeling of negativity and see it as good timing even if things go pear shaped as it will make clear we might need to be busier than planned in the Jan window

New Year but same shit from daveyg and the Tena ladies. They have been so disappointed with our current form but they are hoping that Brighton turn us over so they can do their usual “ told you so “ routine. Going to be a tough match for us but we will be fine.

"Fraserburgh You would rather have Ings than Mubama? I question your sanity. Reported just now, this evening that Kudus won't be travelling so soon as he's picked up a little injury thus his club have to treat him. It means he won't be travelling until the earliest Wednesday I think he be deemed fit to playTuesday after negotiations between FIFA, PL us and GFA. Emerson has played a couple of times as an attacking left midfield/winger in his first few games but it wasn't very successful a bit like when David tried Masuaku there. Moyes will use his 12 man squad. Plus probably Ings."

RM10 - most could see he was adapting you just called him shit and a waste of money that we'd never get back.. Slaughtered him every game.. If he's gone and for twice what we've paid for him.. He's been exactly the opposite. Just hold your hands up and admit you were wrong..

"Nice idea Exile but as you say far too radical for Moyesie. He will only replace any player with Fornals, Benrahma or Johnson. Kehrer and Cornet no chance. Nothing is ever a surprise. The above 3 are part of the 14 man squad he uses. Mubama might count as number 15 I guess?"

"Manuel - you seriously think Benny is faster than Fornals? About the same, I would think. Benny just looks like he's going faster because his little legs have to move more quickly to keep up with anyone else. He might occasionally beat a defender with his skill, but never with his pace. Here's an idea - how about bringing Johnson in at LB and moving Emerson forward to LW? I know, far too radical for Moyes."

"Why would anyone want to play a snail like Fornals in a front 3, or anywhere for that matter? He will just slow our attacks down, would rather have Benny there. Forget about Cornet, Moyes would send out 10 men before starting Cornet."

"Mex, latest is that Ghana have rejected our appeal for an additional day to allow Kudus to play? Btw, the game was moved out for TV coverage so all Sky's fault :-( No Kudus, Paqueta, Zouma and Aguerd potentially as the latter 2 are struggling still and of course Antonio, who was going to only be out for a short while after fearing months out, looks like he is actually going to be months out :-( Brighton I've watched a few times this season and they are so strong with possession and pressing in the middle of the park. They are without Dunk which might help us on set pieces but not sure how an Alvarez, Soucek and JWP triumvirate is going to compete other than sitting deep, in shape, narrow again with 5 or 6 others in the low block as per Arsenal etc. I think we had an Alvarez, JWP and Soucek midfield against Fulham which doesnt auger well. Its a negative outlook by yours truly as always but this time I'm struggling to think who / how we can compensate for 2 of our best 3 players being unavailable? Moyes is not going to do anything radical, he never has. He will use 11 from his favoured 14 hence as others also largely say the team below. Sort we might start a COnference or Europa qualifying tie with? Its a severely weakened team. In football anything can happen as we have seen at Spurs, Arsenal, home to United etc, but how many more times are we going to hold out and get a ""smash and grab"" victory like that? Hopefully we will but shorn of 2 or 3 quality players, probability suggests otherwise? ----------------- Areola Coufal Mavropanos Ogbonna Emerson ------- Alvarez JWP ------- ----------Soucek ----------------- Bowen --- Ings ( Mubama ) ------ Fornals"

"Jeremy Sarmiento, the boy I used to coach who won West Ham community youth cup thing on the pitch at Upton Park about ten years, has been recalled from his loan at WBA by Brighton. He made his full PL debut with them at the bowl before getting badly injured after 10 minutes. Hopefully we plays tomorrow, scores a hat trick and we still win 4v3"

"Doh, forgot about JWP, this then: Areola Coufal Mavropanos Ogbonna Emerson Soucek Alvarez JWP Kudus Bowen Fornals Yes, same as Arsenal, but without Paqueta and I hope Benramha. Should go similar to the away game with Brighton, but hopefully with a bit more possession and attacking from us."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Brighton - Official Match Thread - Preview
I think Moyes will set us up like he did against Arsenal and Brighton away where we barely got out of our area for 90% of the game. quote I rest my case
