If anything, i expect the Americans will put pressure on Israel for that outcome, NO response. The whole thing is just a face saving exorcise almost from Iran? Outage at the general killed, but they let everyone know they would launch these drones and rockets, Israel could monitor them coming in and little or no damage is done as far as i know. Iran has got its ""revenge"" no real damage or deaths for Israel so no real reason to respond and escalate the situation, if anything it may calm the tension between them, well for now at least!
