"Fullkrug is the new man's man and Stiedten's man, so it would make sense he'd probably be preferred. He's also more of a natural finisher/striker and if we're supposedly playing with more possession and higher up the pitch, then it's him you want on the end of things in the penalty area. Also Antonio coming on against tired defenders makes more sense. However, like you I'm not really fussed which one starts as they are both decent options, but I think the manager might well go with Fullkrug. In all honesty it's just nice to actually have the choice. He might even surprise us and start them both, with Antonio in one of the wide positions and Kudus playing as the advanced one in a midfield three with Rodriguez and Paqueta."

Suspect it'll get easier as the season progresses. I haven't really been paying attention to what the side has been in pre season, shame on me. However, it's just as possible we could win 3-0 or 4-0, or lose by the same margin. Kind of exciting."

I think JL probably will put AWB straight in, he has had a full preseason at Man Utd so no reason not to if he thinks he is better than Coufal, which he clearly does, same goes for Todibo... may as well get the team starting to gel straight away. Only uncertainty is up top but I can see Fullkrig coming on after 60 mins, though I think his and Antonio's roles will be reversed after a couple of weeks. Will be interesting to see what happens when Alvarez returns. Hopefully the bench will be used properly this season, which I'm sure will be the case."
