Champions league QF

Bayern v Inter
Arsenal v Real
Barcelona v Dortmund
PSG v Villa
4 decent ties, the top two look the closest with not much in the odds. Hopefully some entertaining games that will save me spending the evenings searching for something to watch.
Does anyone give a shit and be watching?

I noticed just before half time the Arsenal player holding on to Rudiger which was fine, Rudiger shrugs him off by flicking the arm the Arsenal player is holding, free kick to Arsenal, so holding a player is fine, shaking them off isn't.

Arsenal win the Champions League
Spurs win the Europa League
Chelsea win the Conference League

Not looking good in Madrid unfortunately.
And I was pretty confident in PSG to do the business in the semi before seeing them nearly crumble last night.
This could well be Arsenal’s year.

That's how VAR should be used
Sure thing, but to be honest. It that should start to give pens for every holding on a corner, it would be a basketball score (unless it's saka taking the pen...)
Maybe at first, but it would soon stop the holding.

Saka is a very good player.

Not sure why that penalty review took 5 mins but both pen decisions right in the end.
So far so good for Arsenal with h/t approaching
Lucky for Saka though. Ludicrous pen in any situation let alone a Champions league game at Real Madrid
Have never understood the hype about Saka. Don’t see it myself
Likes a dive & doesn’t deliver when it matters

At least Villa reached the quarter finals in the Champions League. They also have a squad able to compete against anyone.

McGinn is an annoying shit, with a very slappable face, but is very good for Villa.
Many were also against McTominay. We could have done with someone like him in the middle.

Yeah I was against McGinn but he's turned into a very good player. PSG look like they can be got at as do Barca, I have a feeling Inter may win it.

Villa had a real go yesterday. Place was rocking. Captained by Mguinn who i thought had a great game. Remember quite a few were against him coming here when Moyes wanted him.
Annoying how far Villa have come since being in the championship only 5/6 years ago. In terms of the quality they have at their disposal there is currently no comparison.
Emery is a very good manager.

Entertaining game, Imo Barca were under the cosh until they pulled their fingers out and started bossing the game when they went 2-0 down. Got a fortunate own goal and then stopped playing their natural game and Dortmund got control again.

McGinn is such a tit going in like that, he’ll now be targeted for the rest of the game. Won’t be surprised if he gets a red.
PSG look very decent this year - good to see that they aren’t deploying their usual shithouse tactics.
