I caught the second extra time period and pens and it was both terrible football yet a compelling watch.
The Englad team looked shattered and amount of time wasted with players collapsing as if shot and lying down for as long as they possibly can get away with it.
Ironically the one player that was actually injured, Hanna Hampton, got up pretty much straight away in order to get cotton wool stuffed up her nose. That and Lucy Bronze strapping up her own leg although it did not hamper her pen one bit.
The Swedish keeper attempting a Jose Luis Chilavert impression was a pretty poor choice.

Never mind the football, i found it astonishing that you could find 11 Swedish girls that were all munters.
Kosovare Asllani the captain is gorgeous but of course of Albanian decent. But yeah having lived in Stockholm for 3 years its quite incredible.

I saw some of them on the news this morning
England were poor but luckily for them Sweden were worse
Quite a few launched miles over
Has any men’s penalty shootout ever been won by scoring 3 from 7?

I enjoyed that yesterday, very entertaining.
Fauxstralian, the lovely ladies need to practice penalty taking.
Kelly can tell them how it's done, very cool on the spot.

Didn’t watch but I see 3 penalties out of 7 was enough to get the job done.
Stupendous keeping or the penalty spot too far from the goal? Hmmm

Dramatic. Well pleased for them.
Lucy Bronze was never missing. She’s a player.
