Investment to rebuild is gonna be practically impossible as nobody in their right mind would spend Billions rebuilding while Hamas are still there.

So the countries surrounding the area are gonna have to deal with migration of Palestinians looking for help.

So there is that as an option.

OR

You could try to do something positive where all those surrounding countries are included in relocating the desperate Palestinians to a safe area where they get to live comfortably in peace and then have a conglomerate of surrounding countries get together to build a demolition site into an area for all to enjoy, that creates jobs and prosperity for the region.
We will also have the help of these surrounding countries out all the Hamas militants that shelter in Egypt, Jordan etc:

When people have something to lose they tend to value it. 
It won’t be easy but doing nothing is the worse of all options and doing the same thing that’s been happening for years obviously doesn’t work.

At least this brings in the other surrounding countries to help influence the Gazans to see sense and gives the Palestinians their Palestinian state that they’ve always wanted.

But allowing them to live like rats in the rubble is not an option.

The Saudis and Qataris will need to be heavily involved

The Abraham accords will come back in to focus again, you can expect more countries to jump on board to build prosperity in the region. 

Any tax revenue could be used in part to help provide social programmes for the New Palestinian state.

So Trump made an announcement today that it is gonna take years to rebuild Gaza. He said it is unsanitary and unsafe due to all the undetunated munitions laying around and unsafe structures.

So he wants the USA to move in and rebuild it into the middle eastern Riviera. A place that all can go to to enjoy.
It won’t be entirely funded by USA, there is a lot of money over there, so Qatar and the Saudis are expected to want in on the action.
build homes for the Palestinians (Nice homes so they can settle in a nice area outside of Gaza and finally have their own state and live in comfortable peace.

Sounds like a good idea for all including the Israelis, they won’t have the Palestinians on their border and a big win for the Middle East. Whoever gives up the land for the Palestinian territory will be in on the profits.

Still, Democracy has prevailed and we shall whether we like it or not endure what comes.

I do get the appeal of him not being a classic politician, it IS refreshing for someone not to be afraid of offending  the usual suspects, and yes he has carried out a couple of the promises that his was elected on, but they were easy quick wins.
