No, most likely not, as on the spectrum as he is, even he couldn't be foolish, and I usually cringe at people screen capped with a raised arm being accused of saluting.
But fuck me come on, if he was intending to do one it would be very accurate, how it it any different? What is a nazi salute if it's not that? You could only say the difference is intent the chest bump before, then doing it to the flag the second time was hilarious, he really leaned into that one.

I don't know if you saw my post yesterday, WHU(Exeter), but the BBC has given me my biggest laugh from this so far, when they asked their blind reporter there what he expected to see from the event.

According to the USA Constitution Biden’s recently issued pardons do not cover anything committed from the time of issue forward.
It’s worth remembering too that Presidential immunity, according to the Supreme Court, does not cover actions outside of the line of Presidential duty.

So any of Biden's little mafia can now and in the future literally commit murder, treason, racketeering, grand theft auto, rape, incest and whatever they call gbh there and walk away absolutely free when convicted of these things. Although the pardon is clearly intended to dissuade any future less politically biased FBI (probably about next Tuesday) from bothering to investigating these crimes.
I have a hunch Trump, who controls the Senate, the House and the Supreme Court, or a Republican, or even decent Democrat, from one of those bodies may decide Biden has exceeded his powers here and find a way to rescind this nonsense.
