Season 3 if Fargo is definitely worth a watch. Might watch again for the lovely Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Freeman is actually very good in in S1.

"I did enjoy the first episode of Fargo and will continue with it. On Freeman, I guess it shows how subjective enjoying someone’s acting can be. He made the Hobbit unwatchable for me, although he wasn’t the only reason to be fair."

I’d echo that regarding The Last Dance. It’s a must watch for any sports fan. A great insight into one of the greatest sporting icons ever and loads of behind-the-scenes footage. The latest two episodes are available from today I think. I’m also halfway through The English Game. It’s a nice interesting watch for any football fan. Nothing incredible but definitely watchable.

2 recent one's for me (Both Netflix) The Last Dance - Brilliant fly on the wall documentary series and don't need to be a basketball fan to enjoy. Never appreciated how good and influential Michael Johnson was at the time. The English Game - A great watch for all and makes you realize how far the game has gone and lost it's values (see current situation). Couldn't help but think the lead character Fergus was a mirror of Ian Bishop (with tash).

"I liked Freeman in The Office, but watched one episode of The Breeders and couldn’t watch any more. Basically, it was half an hour of him swearing and being abusive to his children. Not nice viewing and not funny."

"Is Fargo 3 really worth watching? The first 2 were some of the best tv I've seen, but no one seems to rate 3. Btw, Freeman is a terrific actor."

White Pony 1:06 Mon May 11 The 1st series does get better but you might want to try out series 2 if you can't bear Freeman. It's the best of the 3 (and they're all completely separate so no need to watch in order anyway).

w4hammer 10:29 Wed May 6 Get a VPN then go to Reddit and see what Piratebay links are up and running and download from there. There's a new series of What We Do In The Shadows there too if you're a fan of Matt Berry.

"Fargo is one of the greatest TV shows EVER. The last series was a little weaker, but still better than most others."

"I’m trying to watch Fargo but I detest Martin Freeman. He is a terrible actor and plays the same persona in absolutely everything. I’m so far managing it, but I’m wondering if it’s worth persevering? I’ve only watched the first episode."

"Watching The Vietnam War and Stranger Things, both are keeping me very interested, which isn’t easy. ST isn’t normally my cup of tea but it’s got a little edge to it that I like."

I’ve been watching This Is Us on Prime and I have to say it is very well written and performed. There are about a zillion episodes but you can watch it at your leisure. It’s a nice easy watch in the evening.

"Maybe well behind, but has anyone mentioned Fargo the series, finding it good, never realised Martin Freeman could act so well , and Billy Bob Thornton. Finished Call Saul, and Curb, cant get zerozerozero, so have been compelled to Fargo over Ozark."

"w4hammer, it's only on Prime in the US. In the UK it's only going to be on Sky Atlantic/NowTV (plus the usual other illicit sources like Kodi). chim seems to have been going on about it before it was even released anywhere so God knows where he saw it."

"MartinBritt Take your point, mate. Burns' undoubted emotional input makes for a bloody great bit of film-making though. And the testimony of contributors like John Musgrave and Tim O'Brien is just riveting. I guess that if you have intimate knowledge of the conflict it is hard to remain dispassionate. Will be sure look out for your recommendation."

"Fo the Communist 4:44 Tue May 5 I really rate ken burns - loved his, civil war, baseball and jazz. However I thought in some instances his Vietnam was made to suit some preconceived ideas that he and his co contributors held. I think a more balanced view - including the toll exacted on the civilian population - can be found in the PBS series ""Vietnam - A History"" based on Stanley Karnow's book. Only my opinion, I know, but check it out and see what you think."
