There have been cases going back centuries where babies have been born with 'ambiguous genitalia' who could not be clearly defined as male or female without a chromosome check. The same is true in the animal world. These people used to be ridiculed and sometimes even outcast from society or treated as a circus freak. Thankfully today, this is no longer the case and they are allowed to take a full part in society and are genuinely not judged by their condition, although there may still be some way to go. They are extreme outliers, statistically speaking, so we can easily divert resources to them in order that they live a full and useful life. This condition has now been hijacked and used as a weapon to promote the trans movement. Women (and some men) fought for centuries for equal rights and for their own spaces, and we are pretty much there in most western countries. All of a sudden, some 'men' decided that they also wanted access to these spaces and used the LGBTQIA2SL rainbow flag to take away this basic right that women fought so hard for and demand that they have access to these spaces to. This is not right. As a father of two young daughters, as a husband, as a brother and a son, I will never agree to this."

Rios that is an awful statistic. It suggests very problematic mental health and possibly self esteem.issues. I don't know obviously not an expert. It does though ring a bit of the people who get addicted to.plastic surgery because actually what it is they think they want changed wasn't the issue in the first place. All it really highlights though is what is being done in mental health support terms to make sure these people aren't undertaking such treatment for the wrong reasons and absolutely why no medical intervention can be considered until they are a minimum.of 18 or even 21 if sufficient evidence suggests a higher age limit is needed. Identifying as a member of the opposite sex etc and all.the grief that must come with can't be easy but any underlying issues that might suggest it's not their gender identity but something else driving their need for such drastic change has to

Rios it's a very different thing and as a teacher you would talk.to the child and its parents and explain why they are not an entirely different species and that you will not indulge this apart from.during playtime when a child using their imagination is to be encouraged and is harmless is it not? As long as the boundary is drawn.
