Ok. Ham maybe a tad strong. But as zico pointed out. Stick him with a good supporting cast and he do a good job. Put him along side French and Saunders. And that acting powerhouse that is Gal Gadot. He looks like he’s reaching.

Branagh is a ham. After David Suchet portray of Poirot. Following him. Is a bit like Moyes following Fergie.!

I tried to watch one of Branagh’s Poirot films. It was pretty shit. The Knives Out films are much better.

Zico Branagh is the worst Poirot ever.

Made for $1 million too. Would rather 140 films like this one than 1 Marvel universe movie.

"Watched A Haunting in Venice, one of the three Kenneth Branagh takes on Poirot and god it's dull. Loved the Albert Finney and Peter Ustinov films but Branagh just puts you to sleep, don't think I'll bother with Death on the Nile!"

Tarot is OK for this type of horror genre. Problem is now everything is so woke you know the black guy will survive so it’s all a spoiler.

"Looked forward to Civil War, but like 'Men', it's absolute garbage. The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare was also a massive disappointment. Just a bobbins Inglorious Basterd that I switched off before half way. Hollywood really is crumbling."

Will give Monkey Man a look. I think I started to watch Boy Kills world and turned it off but maybe I'm wrong.

"Watched Chim's reco Monkey Man, I wouldn't rate it quite as highly as Chim did and maybe it's 20 mins too long, but really enjoyed it and good to see Dev Patel back on the big screen."

"Watched Abigail last night, enjoyable and not a bad take on a vampire film."

"I've seen quite a few films recently two at least are in the same stupid (but funny) Napoleon Dynamite vein, Please Don't Destroy The Foggy Mountain Treasure and the more kid friendly Riddle Of Fire. I'm guessing most of you will hate them but they appeal to the little kid in me. The best film I've seen for a while is Dev Patel's Monkey Man. Frenetic and very 'stabby' it looks like he's going to be in the running for a new James Bond which we all know is going to have a 'diverse' 007. Having seen him play the action hero I honestly couldn't say I'd be disappointed of him in that role. It slowed just a tiny bit in the middle but that's because the rest of the film went at 100MPH. A very enjoyable film with shades of Tarantino and John Wick. Beautifully shot and edited if you like that Paul Greengrass hand-held camera style. I usually don't but in a place as frenetic as Mumbai it fitted perfectly."

mashed in maryland 9:42 Tue May 7 Dune Part 2 is so good. It leaves all that landfill Superhero stuff in the dust. Saw it at my local IMax screen and it blew me away.
