"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Shame that, we've had some good kickers in the past, Rich Karlis and Morten Anderson to name a few"

The Vikings kicker is killing them. Which is a shame because I have got the Vikings to win. He has cost them seven points so far.

Watching N Carolina for second time in a few weeks. Sam Howell has got some arm on him.

southbankbornnbred 1:38 Valid question. Brady is an enormous hole. ;)

"Darnold has talent. His mechanics are solid, his arm is decent and his drop-back/pocket method indicates he is a potential long-term NFL starter. He has been wasted by the worst franchise in the NFL coached by the worst minds. So his reads have not improved enormously over three seasons and his check-downs need work. But they are exactly the wort of things that Belichick and McDaniels coach superbly. Darnold is a good fit for the Patsies. Unfortunately!"

"Bizarrely, I can also envisage a potential nightmare scenario for the Jets. Jets take Lawrence (or even Fields) very early in the draft (Lawrence most likely will be #1 and Fields #2 or #3) and make Darnold available, who still has a lot of talent (in my view). Patsies get a gift-wrapped #3 overall pick from 2017 land in Belichick's lap and off they go..."

"Huge question for Belichick still to answer: how is he going to fill the enormous hole vacated by Brady? Newton was only ever going to be a Polyfilla option, given his lack of mobility now. My guess is that he's either going to have to spend very big in free agency, or come up the draft order to take one of the non-Lawrence/Fields high QBs. Ehrlinger looks like his sort of QB, but he may have to spend big (on picks) to land him."

"Pats offence just isnt built to come from behind or do much at all really against a good D Could have been a very different game though, overturning the pats pick 6 which then with a very subtle hold from Donald lead to the pick 6 the other way to make it 17-0 and essentially game over."

Pats didn't give us much of a game last night. Cheers Cam.

"Another week of mic'd up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fm5EYo5WSxo First two players I really liked hearing Roethlisberger on being old. And Devante Adams working for Rodgers' 400th touchdown. With all the division in sports lately, just two guys working for the game."

"I dont think ive ever had a high pick. Was 12 last year and i think 8 or 9 this year. I think i prefer being later and getting 2 very strong players, rather than seemingly having all your eggs in one basket with a top pick"

"Another great regular season for me in fantasy, think ive finished top 2 or 3 for the last 4 years to then just run into an absolute buzzsaw in the playoffs."

"7th straight fantasy defeat but absolutely obliterated this time! 155 points - take a bow Brady's Love Child. Three receivers combined for 503 yards and 5 touchdowns - takes some doing. Didn't even need the 29 points from the Patriots defence to win. Finally the Steelers lose, so the Dolphins unbeaten record continues. Just need the Fins to charge to the Superbowl now..."

"No half decent team should be losing to us at the moment with our issues, but I thought Josh Allen was brilliant last night. Scoreline flattered us big time."

"southbankbornnbred 11:33 Tue Dec 8 ""It's another open season at the moment"" It is always partially about who stays healthy and this year's short training camp and no preseason has compounded that. A war of attrition and/or luck with people coming back will probably decide it amongst the playoff teams. We just know Tampa can't win it because the big show is in Tampa and I am okay with that."

Yep they like to quote that when we are playing. Nice stat. Our defence has been really good in the second half of games as well. Hopefully we'll be leading at half time Friday morning as well.

"mr burns, I heard an impressive stat about our old boy, & your head coach mcvey. every time sean's had you leading at HT, you've gone on to win. 34-0 is the record"

"It's another open season at the moment - hard to pick an obvious winner, although I fancy the Chiefs to repeat. Just feel they'll have slightly more options than the other main contenders. A couple of late season injuries, though, and everything changes."

Excellent win for the Non-Binary Skins of No Colour or Ethnic Persuasion. Was impressed with what I saw of their defense. It takes something to hold down Pittsburgh's offense like that.

"Excellent win and thought he would have learnt to not throw it anywhere near ebron, as he had a shocking game. Superb defensive display by the no names."
