Re: If Potter would get sacked who would you want IN to replace him?
Everyone was saying what a mad decision it was a few seasons ago for Bournemouth to get rid of Gary O'Neil to get in some Spanish nomark. Look how that turned out.
I love the ambition, fair play to their owner, he doesn't fuck about, like our pair of cunts.

It seems they've had other rows, too. Including the chairman suggesting that certain players should start - basically trying to pick the team.
He seems like a bit of a maniac. But it is entertaining.

They've gone near the PSR line but with Europa league revenue they should be ok i think? They also sell alot of players to Lyon who have similar owners so get around PSR that way. Got the Elanga sale also. Dodgy as fuck but look at the nutjob owners track record hardly surprising.
There's just no way they can keep spending 85% of their day-to-day revenues on wages, though. Because the rest of their operations will cost more than 15%. So at some point they're heading for a big breach - unless they sell But they can't sell too many at a loss, and that seems to be behind some of the rows. Not that Nuno is some sort of accountant, but as a manager he just wanted some certainty (if they get into trouble, they might have to offload Chris Wood, for example, which any Forest manager would want to avoid). Which nobody is going to get with that chairman.

Re: If Potter would get sacked who would you want IN to replace him?
Heard from a football journo mate that one of the key reasons for the rows between Nuno and the Roussos-a-like is the fact that Nuno knows he would have to offload a LOT of players next summer. He has been trying to get Marinakis to stop buying quite so many players on whom they will lose a lot of money. But like a pie and mash version of David Sullivan on HGH, the boss keeps turning up at the training ground with another Mauro Zarate in tow. Probably smuggled into the UK on one of his ships.

Forest ditching Nuno is a bit nuts. First manager to get them into Europe since Frank Clark.
That obese Demis Roussos fella sounds like a good chairman, because he's spending money like water. But they're spending 85% of their operational revenues on wages - which means they're a PSR nightmare waiting to happen. You can only run ahead of that for a few seasons.
Having about 3,000 bang average players isn't helping them. Although he might get away with categorising the more immobile players as cargo containers, which would be capital spending under PSR. Maybe that's what Man City should have done?

Now he's got his dream job, there's no way he's leaving that in a hurry or job sharing between the two. For another time maybe but definitely can't see that happening now.
Re: If Potter would get sacked who would you want IN to replace him?
My pick would be Craig Bellamy. He's doing a great job with Wales and wears his passion on his sleeve. Also, I could see him flooring Sully with a swift uppercut before kicking Karen in the cսnt, within the first two weeks of his tenure.

I world take Mourinho, bit of a loose cannon these days and you just know at some point he will fall put with the board and get sacked, but if there is a manager available who could get a tune out of our lot and provide passion (and entertainment) along the way, maybe not on the pitch, but off it.......

I would love to see Jose managing us away at spurs and beating them 3-0 … kudus subbed off with no shots on target hahaha
Proper revenge match!

Appoint morinho NOW. Say what you say about his football but the matches would be better than what BFS and Moyes served up for sure and we would have a decent win percentage. IT'S A NO BRAINER!

If Sullivan dumps Potter for Mourinho, it might suggest he's got a proper pair of working Alberts after all.
Can't see him standing for being told to fuck the fuck off out of the footballing side of things for long though,

I think he likes the idea of foreign...but when it comes to "survival" or "save us"...he goes for the Moyes/Allardyce type. Suspect he'd want a guy for just this season and then re-evaluate...reckon Cooper would be so insufficiently in demand he'd take a deal like that, and Sullivan is known to be a Cooper admirer.
Mourinho would save us. Ticks no boxes for the dwarf. But we tick a lot boxes for Jose it seems:

Sully ain't shy about hiring foreigners. Or firing them either. British managers have been given far longer in charge and in all cases too much longer, I'd say. Moyes & Allardyce because of the deathly dull football and Potter because, well, he was utter shit on every level last season and he was never going to improve.

Sullivan will 100% get Cooper. He ticks EVERY Sullivan box.
I actually think he likes the idea of a foreign manager tbh. I dont think he actually rates British managers at all. I dont think he wanted Potter, got Moyes out of desperation and reluctantly employed him again, Went for Pelligrini etc, Lopetegui, wanted Benetiz etc. rather than a Rodger’s or Howe.
