Have the YOUTUBERS said who this out of this world player (who was never going to sign) was yet?
That was Neymar, they literally make bollocks up for click bait.
Gomes close
Duran close
Brobbey close
Disasi close.

What's the latest bullshit from the youtube channels?
No money?
Lots of money?
Brobbey in?
Brobbey out?
Nick from C & B claiming he has inside information? I'm still waiting for the Gomes signing that he said was a done deal.
His brother on the Bobby Moore stand claimed Brobbey was also in London and would sign for us.
I love the transfer window.
Can you post the video where he said it was a done deal? Be interested to watch it. Pretty sure he said it could be a done deal if the club accepted the proposal put in front of them by the intermediary we've engaged to negotiate on our behalf.
As for updates....nothing out there at the moment. Also have noticed that ONCE AGAIN we're playing on Deadline Day evening?! WTF is that all about! Huge impediment to getting last minute deals over the line.

He may have some inside information to be fair he said we were going after Duran a day after last season ended... He also said we were going to bid again before anyone else did, so he was right with both of those. He never said Gomes was a done deal, you've said this twice, what's the point of you making shit up to claim someone else is making shit up?
Like all of us he gets told stuff and passes it on, nothing is true till it actually happens and things can change in an instant.
But you've Always been a thick cսnt, you've gone from Haller and Scamacca are shit and not good enough for our league and Moyes was correct to not play them to Moyes ruined their careers and you have the front to criticise others for changing their tune, you're a fucking embarrassment

Don't we actually own Todibo as it's an obligation set in stone and was just a way of deferring payment to next season. So only we could sell him?
We don't own Todibo until it's impossible for us to be relegated.
Until then we haven't met the clauses in the agreement that necessitate our purchase and he's on loan.
We can't loan him out without his parent Club's agreement...if all parties agreed we could probably see him loaned to Juve, and if we didn't go down we'd still be required to purchase him.
We could also make an agreement with Juventus that they buy him from us once (and if) we own him. If we didn't own him, it would be null and void.
But Juventus can't afford him. Potter hasn't had the chance to evaluate him. And Todibo is briefing that he's happy and wants to stay.
I'm calling BS in this and it's either Juve trying to be opportunistic, or a connected agent trying to be opportunistic and sniffing another payday.
Or the Club trying to sniff out if they have options in this space.

I think that is the case, yes. I do wonder whether there might be a rearranged agreement to cancel it though if all parties are ok with doing so which is why it's still sort of up in the air.

Poorly researched nonsense!

That Todibo story is BS!
Firstly we don't own him yet so couldn't loan him out, even funnier is the claim that we'd add an option to buy to the loan deal
Secondly we are short of senior CBs and one of the 3 we do have on the books is a liability so why would we get rid of Todibo with one week left of the window?

No shots on target in 3 hours of football. Over to you Sullivan.

What is the point of Cresswell being in the team. His back passes only succeed in putting pressure on his own defence and advantage to the attacking side. Even when he took a free kick it went backwards. He is totally clueless.

Just stumled across the article, not sure if de Boer is right. 30 mill a lot though, maybe a loan with option to buy. Didn't Vincent Janssen go to Spurs after scoring 27 goals in 34 apps for AZ and then only scored 2 in 31 in the PL?

Not sure how much faith to put in Frank de Boer's comments. He's been such an abysmal failure as a coach that he's probably trying to reinvent himself as a Talksport style rentagob.
Him making out that Brobbey's a one season wonder is a bit strong. In the Eredivisie he's scored 42 in 102 games, about half of which have been as a sub. He's effectively played 60 full games in that league and scored 2 in 3.
As for his comments about the big step up to the Premier League, if you look at players who went to England after being top scorers in Holland, most of the ones that came over and failed were big lumps like Luuk de Jong, Haller, Vincent Janssen, Weghorst and Wolfswinkel. From the looks of it Brobbey has the strength of those big lads but he also has pace, which is what the others all lacked, so perhaps he'd be better suited.

The main thing I get from De Boer's comments is another lazy fucker, I haven't seen him play so maybe he's wrong?
Hahaha! On this occasion one of the C&H writers. Don’t know which one. I have never seen this lad play either so no idea on the validity of FDB’s comments. Seems strange for him to come out and coat the kid off though for no apparent reason. He’s got a lot of ties to Ajax so possibly pulling a double bluff to have him stay, or trying to berate him to leave. However you’d surely not rubbish him in public if you want your favourite club to get shot of him.

Would much prefer an option to buy than obligated to at the end of a potential loan deal for Brobbey. Needs to impress in his audition before forking out more big money with doubts over his ability to make it in the Prem should he arrive.

Isn’t Todibo on loan? So how can we agree a deal with Juventus? That story doesn’t make sense.
As for Brobbey, he seems to fit the profile of the type of forward we need, but those comments from De Boer are worrying. I guess we have to trust the judgement of Potter and Macauley.

"Not only has Brobbey become less dangerous, he has also shown a lack of dynamism and movement in his game, according to De Boer."
Will fit right in our setup then

Hahaha yeah. I guess it depends on a few things. First is he actually right? Is that down to him being limited or to limitations in the coaching or setup at his club? Secondly there could be a myriad of reasons for becoming less dangerous maybe not to do with him.
Either way I don’t think we get him. Sullivan won’t pay up. He’s gambling on not signing anyone aside from maybe a centre half. Best thing that could happen to Sullivan is a youth centre back coming through so he can keep that dusty old wallet shut.

I see Sullivan’s mouthpiece has ALREADY moved to shift pressure onto Macaulay before the bloke has barely stepped through the door. Positioning Brobbey as down to him whether he comes through the door or not. Thus painting him already as a fall guy if we sign and he’s not good, or we don’t sign and he’s a success elsewhere. A leopard never changes their spots. This all despite Sullivan insisting he was taking control.
It may well be that new head of recruitment Kyle Macaulay has arrived and pressed ‘pause’ whilst he runs his own analysis – or an 11th hour change of target with the new recruitment regime flexing their own muscles in the last week of the window.
It may simply be part of the negotiating tactic by West Ham who seek to get the player on their terms – with an option to buy rather than a mandatory clause.
