Do you hate it or love it? Is there a country that you think is the best for cheese? What's your favourite cheese? Why? Best cheese for cheese on toast? Any unusual stories or experiences with cheese? I'm probably torn between some of the french cheeses and the vastly superior cheddar. WTF is Polish cheese?

That’s a coincidence. Your nan said it reminded her of gorgonzola.

Saying you like Chedder Cheese is like saying you like blow jobs. Chedder comes in so many versions most of which are fucking shit. Like an old granny with dentures sucking your cock. I do like most mature hard cheeses but I like any cheese that does the job. Like a good blow job obvs.

"Best cheese (related) tip I was given a while back, is to sprinkle cheese on toast with a bit of Worchestershire sauce before grilling. Transforms it.?üëç"

"I love cheese and very much miss it. India has no significant cheese tradition and most people wouldn't know a mouldy sock from a Gorgonzola and would appreciate neither. But there are exceptions - some very good exceptions. Most are locally produced in the higher, cooler climes of the Himalayan foothills. Around here, there are two such. One is a medium hard cheese called Kalimpong, after the small town near Darjeeling where it's made. It's a decent alternative to Cheddar. The other is a small, round, heavily smoked cheese eponymously called Bandel. Delicious sliced into a salad. Apparently, you can get some good craft cheeses in the Delhi area, but I've never had any of them."

"I'm very ignorant when it comes to cheeses, show me a cheese board and i wouldn't know what is what (unlike Karen Brady) and all I'd look for is the cheddar, as most of the others likely taste like shit. I love a bit of cheddar though."

"Love the stuff. Before covid, I'd travel back to the UK/Netherlands once a month and virtually my whole checked in luggage was different varieties of cheese. One of my saucepans found a decent independent cheese shop in Den Haag that I always used to visit; they almost always anticipated my coming and the proprietor gave me several samples (vacuum packed) to bring away; inevitably bought a kilo the following trip."

"Had some Burrata for dinner tonight, absolutely love the stuff. Love Mozzarella and harder cheeses like pecorino or Parmesan. For a sandwich maybe provolone or good old fashioned mature cheddar."
