"Spurs were average. There for the taking. But mediocre Moyes complained about the quick turnaround then played same team. And despite several conversations with our Johnny he made zero subs. In his presser he moaned again about fixtures. And said he would've taken a point before the game and would've taken 4 points of Spurs at start of season. Conveniently reminding all that we beat that at WHL. Another historical reference..... ""During the war......"" Did you know we won the Europa Conference. Just reminding everyone in case they forgot as Moyes doesn't like to talk about it. The bloke is a now just managing losses. It's fucking embarrassing."

"It took 25 seconds from the kick off for Soucek to misplace his first pass. Coufal must be the worst right back in the division an all. We got lucky with them when we got them, but we desperately need better players in their positions if we want to stay challenging at the top."

"We desperately need upgrades on both JWP and Soucek, why are we still having to suffer such mediocrity in these important positions? It's bullshit."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Draw probably a fair result but still come away from there feeling glass half empty rather than full 1 win since xmas at home, shocking really Yet again we allowed Spurs to dominate the ball, every single team comes here dominates posession and dictates the play. You watch them knock it about like a training session and then the dinosaur cսnt has a cheek to moan about the fans being quiet. What is there to get behind watching us this season Unless Kudus or Bowen carry the ball we don't get up the pitch, or its a clip into the channel and Antonio makes something of it. Other than that forget it...... no goal threat from the midfield. Soucek fucking useless again, JWP got about well but offers very little on the ball. The pair of them don't get into many teams in this league and thats the harsh truth of it Last 20 mins we were just hanging in there hoping they don't score....again. Don't buy into this no quality on the bench bollocks, put Ings on in the 10 and drop Paqueta in there. Or Put Cornet wide left and Kudus right and Bowen up top. Its Tottenham at home for fuck sake, least TRY and win the game with 20 mins to go. Watching them make 5 subs and Moyes just standing there.....calling over Heitinga every 2 mins having a chat then doing fuck all."

"I enjoyed that game, couldn't say that too many times this season. After their early goal I thought here we go again but I think we matched them pretty well. Shame we could not get a winner but respect the point (well 4 points actually) against a cocky champions league contender."

"With what we have got the team did as well as could have been expected, no complaints after that start."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
Bit of a throw back game. End to end and tackles flying in. Thought we edged it based on chances. Can only remember Spurs have one good chance at the every end. Not sure Fab had a save to make other than that and the goal. Antonio should have scored but think VAR would have found a way to disallow that. Plus the header that looked over the line but guess was very close. Would have been ideal to bring in Fornals or Benrahma or a decent attacker we should have got in January. I hope we mix things up on Saturday. Need a fresh Antonio / Paqueta etc for the quarter final.
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
Kudus does a great job defensively on the left. He can't do much in the top left corner of the pitch though. He'll maybe manage to put one or two crosses in per game but won't ever score from that position. He's so one-footed that if he tries to cut inside he can only move sideways or backwards. He really needs to play centrally where he has the space to make forward runs with the ball.
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Antonio should have come off, but Ings wouldn't have had that chance as Antonio forced his way through. Would have liked to see Cornet come on for him. Paqueta was so good, him alongside Alvarez with Kudus ahead of them I would love to see but it's never going to happen. Kudus just doesn't seem to play as well on the left. What a fuck up not getting a left sided player."

"Of course Antonio should have come off, he even wanted to, but no doubt it was the stupid cսnt in the dugout trying to make a point and to make it all about himself as usual."

"I'm still a bit disappointed we didn't try subbing Antonio with a forward. Antonio was c!ealy knackered and was missing clear chances and screwing up attacking moves. Is that really better than Ings or Mubama or even Cornet having a go? Ho humm, yes a draw is ok, 4 points from 6 against that crowd this season, good stuff."

"Gonzo said in the 92nd min Coufal had the ball out wide, we had a lot of players forward and he turned round and booted it all the way back to Fabianski?"

Anyone who downplays the vermins rivalry with WHUFC . Should go to YouTube and watch their celebrations after they beat us in the Carabao cup quarter final in December 2021 . Anyone would have thought they'd won the treble . About the game a draw was a fair result overall . Our lack of squad depth is absolutely shameful. And if we do miss out on Europe both Moyes and especially the dwarf should hang there heads in shame January was shameful.

"Will take that after Saturday's debacle, losing would have been a disaster. Looks like a few experts on here wrote Zouma off too early?"

"Fair result in the end i suppose, both sides could of nicked it, Spurs taking Maddison off did us a favour, he looked there most dangerous player to me? disappointed we didn't win but pleased we didn't lose either. And Philips remained on the bench, so that helped!"
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Oh, and Nutsin, serious question. Why are you happy with mediocrity? Can't you see what could be built with the right people? Get Toney in and we have one of the best front line's in Europe."
Re: ‚ö? West Ham v Tottenham - Official Match Thread - Preview
"Would have bitten the hand of fate off for 4 pts against Spurs at the start of the season, so can't complain too much. Other than Moyes is a tiresome cսnt with his tiresome tactics. We have an 8/10 1st team, but a 2/10 bench. Needs to be addressed as we all know. But it won't until we get rid and allow TS to do his stuff, and bring in a manager who knows how to bring youth through."

We did ok tonight defended better (particularly in 2nd half) than Saturday and could have nicked it although a draw was about right

"Nutsack... Again proving the point that Moyes is a busted flush... yeah we could be in champions league contention.. add the points we could and shouldve won against the relegation fodder plus points weve thrown away against Villa and Newcastle and we'd be somewhere around Villa's points.. thats the point with our attacking players we could be so much better, but Moyes and his anti football poodles like you dont want to win games youd rather sit back and try not to lose... 2 wins in the league in 2024 and you are still defending him..."

The YIDS were pretty much silent for the second half. Absolute cunts of fans. Great tense game that they never looked liked winning. Shame we didnt nick it.
