WBA got a winger from Celtic about 5 mins after Marshall joined so we should have recalled him immediately especially after selling every left winger we have. I reckon the transfer window we've just had is the worst one we've ever been involved in.

Their main one averages about 1 goal every 4 games and in his best ever season he scored 11, and that was in League 2. Kind of makes you wonder why Marshall hasn't been able to make himself first choice. Perhaps we simply rated him higher than he actually is at this stage, in which case it would have been better for him to go to a lower division.
