I hadn't heard of him till last night.

Why assume it must have been drugs when drink is probably more responsible for stuff like this.

Must admit I saw it on here first but now looking at the news it's international headlines like a fucking king has died. he had a young son so always sad. looks like the drink and drugs got the better of him. silly boy.
