Re: What other sports teams do you support
Wils, saw a Besiktas youth game in Levent, as have friends whose son was playing for them. Approx 50 people watching, flares, fire crackers (thought the linesman would have a nervous breakdown) and the arrival of 2 police vans. For a youth game....
Re: What other sports teams do you support
Only other team I care about is Rangers, but wouldn't go as far as to say I support them. If we ever met them in competition, I'd want us to destroy them.
I look out for Plymouth and Charlton results as I have good mates who follow both clubs, and I've been in the away end with Plymouth a few times and their fans are the business.
Other sports; tenuous enjoyment for all Philadelphian based teams, and I've caught a Flyers and Union game in the past, but the only foreign sport I'd genuinely watch is Ice Hockey, which isn't regularly televised in the UK, so no idea how I watch the Flyers otherwise.

Can’t say I “support” other teams. But live near Loftus road so go down there and cheer them on when they play Millwall etc. Enjoy going to Fullham too. Hate Brentford with a passion. One of my mates is a Birmingham City fan so keep an eye out for them and go along there from time to time.
Just seen WHU (Exeter) post and reminded me of Turkish teams. I like Besiktas and sad they rebuilt their stadium as the old one was iconic. I don’t pay that much attention during the season the though.

Re: What other sports teams do you support
Used to go and watch Exeter Falcons speedway team in the 1970s. They won the national league in those years, when there were more well known and established teams around, a lot of them including the Falcons have folded though. They got stitched up by the local council when the ground was taken over for housing development. The rugby club (who were 2nd Div. were sorted out and have now all of a sudden found 1000s of fans from nowhere), whilst the speedway team (who used to get a couple thousand plus watching) came up with a number of plans that were all squashed by the council. The rugby team are not liked by some locally because of the above.
Bristol Manor Farm, Southern League
Zonguldakspor, Turkey...seen them a couple times when they travel away to Istanbul, but a home game would involve a 6 or 7 hour bus trip and then back, so trying to arrange alternate transport from Istanbul one day, as the home ground is on my bucket list.

Re: What other sports teams do you support
Used to support London wasps (rugby) but lost a lot of interest when they upped sticks and moves to Coventry (before they went bust)
Im learning spanish so have a bit of an interest in spanish football. I follow real sociedad in spain asmmy wife suggested popping over to practice and caught one of their games last year. I have a passing interest in bilbao, las palmas and real betis (because of fornals). My son and I are gonna head over once a season and try to see some different teams.
My mate supports yeovil and we go to a few of each other's games
mfl ny /ny metro stars from my time in nyc, before they changed to redbulls
Basketball vaguely interest in the NY knicks
Baseball is boring as fuck, but have a remote interest in ny mets
dont mind nfl, but dont follow a team, if i had to NY giants
Cricket can fuck off. I hate it
