He was cleared of using words comparing them with Rose and Fred West, it was the images he superimposed on them that he was convicted of.

To be fair to Barton he is spot on with his views on Aluko and Ward and the fact neither should be anywhere near the menโs game, unfortunately he expressed it poorly.ย
His other mistake was saying anything about Vine who is notoriously litigious.
