"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"The Eagles have just signed another Aussie. That means 3 Australians on the squad at the moment. The last one to sign, Matt Leo is 27, a remarkable age to begin your pro career especially as, unlike many aussie imports he wasnt a pro player in any sport in Australia."

"49ers because they were decent when channel 4 showing the games. And I'm forced to follow the Chiefs as I married into a family full of them. Been to Arrowhead more times than I can remember. I couldn't have wished for a better line up in the Super Bowl. Shame about the result, bit knowing how much that won meant for the whole of Kansas (and most of Missouri) I never begrudged them."

"Fuck off Nutsy go and watch a replay or the 49ers choking in the Super Bowl you cocknose. And what you thinking Joe? Seahawks and that wanky 12 man cringe bollocks are almost as bad as the 49ers. NFC West a proper division though, no easy games there."

Chiefs. Got into NFL in the early 2000s and the first game I watched involved the Chiefs. Loved Priest Holmes and that was it!

"Seahawks. Lived in Dallas for a year, is impossible to follow the Cowboys because that's like following Man Utd when you don't live there, so followed the first team I saw them play (much to the annoyance of all my friends in Dallas)"

"Burnsie you wanker! I see the Rams finally got something right, they got themselves a good running back in the draft.......Akers is legit! They'll still finish bottom in the NFC west though. But a little bit of hope none the less eh!"

"Anything from TK anywhere. Worrying in the current climate as he loves a debate and argument on things and wouldn't miss out normally? As for who, another Niner. Stems from maybe 33ish years ago when a sprightly 13 year old at Emerson Park school. Mate bought Madden on the megadrive and as it wasnt a hugely televised game back then, we stuck all the teams in a hat and pulled a name each. All these years on, still friends with all of them and also the only mates I know who like NFL!!! None of them on WHO, so will name and shame and every chance Mr Burns knows a few of them as a wee scallywag in the year below. Me - niners Graeme - Broncos Dave O - Redskins Jim - Bengals Dave J - Giants Rob - Bears Ryan - Oilers (Texans) Trev - Jets Neil - Chiefs Alex - Saints Can't lie, thanks to VAR, greed and cheating, never thought all these years later I'd have it at no 2 as my favourite sport i looked forward too behind cricket."

"Vikings, lived in MN for 20 odd years Still have a soft spot for the Dolphins as my ship used to pull into Miami every week, this was in the Dan Marino, Don Shula and the Marks brothers era"

"49ers.....baby! When football was first televised on ch 4 in the UK, I use to watch it. The Redskins won the Superbowl, they had a running back called Righins who was a battering ram, but I always enjoyed watching Montana to Rice and Ronnie Lott too. Been a Niner fan since."

The great thing about the draft every fan no matter who they support fills they have improved.(Ok. Maybe not Cleveland.) But the best thing is. The so-called experts always come out with. It's finally going to be The Cowboy's year.! That alone will always guarantee to make you laugh. Go G Men.

Saints trade again and maybe have a QB3. The kid is a project to be sure. We shall see.

"I'm no fan of Adam Gase, but it looks like he and Joe Douglas (the Jets' new GM) have done their homework with this draft. Can't take issue with the first four picks - all good players who have improved the squad in a big way. Gase just has to coach them now - which is where he has tended to be shit! The two defensive picks so far, pass rusher Zuniga and safety Davis look like solid Gregg Williams choices. He's pretty much running the show defensively now anyway. Good draft for Gang Green so far. I like the cut of Joe Douglas' jib."

"Can't believe Mims was still on the board when the Jets picked in the second round. We basically got two first round picks without having to trade away. Mims could be a steal. Good hands, strong and very fast. He's raw, but he'll start straight away. Gives Darnold a primary receiver to target. The receiver class must have been good this year if that kid was still on the board in mid-round #2. No guarantees in the NFL - but that's a very solid kid in the second round. In previous years, with WR needs, he'd have been a top 20 pick."

"Eagles look like they're having a mare. A WR who drops more than he should in the first round. A QB in the second even though they have the best QB in the league but one who needs lots of help, and a LB who is undersized. All pretty odd stuff."
