NFL (since 2016)
"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"Bucs will really have to work on the Oline in the draft and whats left of free agency, yes winston was careless with the ball last year and threw it up for grabs alot but he was running for his life most of the season behind that Oline. The longer it goes on the more i actually find myself wanting Winston in New England, has huge upside just needs to cut out the bonhead plays which the quick passing Mcdaniels offence should help with. Also would be a perfect way to test who was more valuable between Brady and Bill if they essentially swap QBs with tampa"
Re: NFL (since 2016)
"I'm not having it with Brady, crazy spending 30 mil a year on some cսnt almost as old as me, regardless of what he has done in the game. Clearly started to look his age towards the end of the season. Then again, winston was absolutely fucking useless, so even kaepernick would have been an improvement."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
Think he has 2 more years left in him unless his play falls off dramatically. I know the patriots will play the Bucs next year so wouldnt be surprised if they move that to late in the season and have a big Tom Brady retirement party

"That's one heck of a potential offense Brady is joining in Tampa. Two 1,000 yard receivers last year - Evans and Godwin. Plus a good young running back. Arians is a superb offensive coach. But how long will Brady be there? He's 42. He might just get one season down south - so it really will be 'win now' for that lot."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"Some good and bad moves by the Jets in free agency. We were always expecting that the new GM and The Idiot Gase would try to strengthen the O-Line this summer, because it was embarrassingly bad last season. Snapped up a strong centre, McGovern, from the Broncos (paid quite a lot for him, but he's good and durable). Also took a left tackle (Fant) from the Seahawks - he's a bit more of a risk, and we've probably overpaid for him. He's never really been a starter and now he has one of the most important jobs at the franchise - protecting Darnold's blind side. Could work out - probably won't. We also took a decent left guard, Lewis, in free agency. So the line is now looking heavy. Should open up some holes for Bell. But by taking a costly left tackle in free agency, what that deal has done is make us all wonder what Gase will do with our first round pick in the draft. Everybody was expecting that pick would be used on a talented left tackle. Puts us back in the game for a WR in the draft, which is desperately needed."

"Brady is a Buc! IOC I agree about Bridgewater he does come across as a nice guy, he's also a good QB, makes gooddecisions. I'm surprised it took him so long to nail down a starter spot after his injury. I'd like to see him do well too."

"Bridgewater seems a nice guy, so I appreciate him getting a starting gig. Can't really wish him luck, but it is better listening to Cam Newton a couple times a year."

"holstebro, yes reed should really be retiring as he's had far too many head injuries, I'm just glad I was him at his best when we played the bengals over here. I think haskins looked very good late in the season and has one thing you can't teach, and that's throwing power. he just needs to add some finesse but for someone with not a lot of experience, I think he did well"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"Yeah, he has been one of the names mentioned. Shame about Reed he was great once upon a time. Trent can do one as far as I'm concerned I hope we make him sit for another year. But if we can get a third plus whatever trade him. Haskins deserves a chance this year. While I don't think he is going to be great I do think he deserves the chance to succeed."

"holstebro, I'm not overly keen on him but he could improve, so I wouldn't be surprised if they approach njoku. I'd be happy going with hentjes, sprinkle and target adam trautman in the draft"

"With you on Fuller Takashi, loved him the first time round and looking forward to this year. Shame we didn't get the Tight End who ended up at Cleveland but nevermind. Incredible that Flowers got paid so much by Miami. Glad we didn't get Amari Cooper as well on that price. Although we do need an experienced WR who can stay healthy. Chase Young is a must"

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"Big call by Brady to leave the Patsies. Every fan of other AFC East teams just breathed one of the biggest relief sighs of all time. But it was only half a sigh - Belichick is staying on, and it looks like he's in full rebuild mode. So perhaps he's staying on for a while? Jets, Fish and Bills fans were all hoping they'd wander off into the sunset together. Best coach-QB pairing of all time, bar absolutely none. And I say that as a hardened Jet who would happily have crashed a green and white bus into them both (metaphorically). Be interesting to see how Bill goes without Brady and vice-versa. Belichick would not have allowed this move unless he already had a replacement for Brady in mind. He has a target, no question."

Re: NFL (since 2016)
"RB They won 7 games last year, something else is going to have to come with Brady to put them in the picture, in my opinion. He could go there for the money, Cameron Jordan, Sheldon Rankins and Marcus Davenport would welcome him with open arms."
Re: NFL (since 2016)
"RBshorty 3:18 Tue Mar 17 Take out the interceptions and completion percentage (yes, I know...) and Jameis Winston's stats from last year are pretty bloody good so it i fair to say that there nothing wrong with the receivers at the Bucs."

"Be interesting to see if he wants money or to be with a competitor. I still can't see Tampa Bay being the latter. Or I hope not to see that, at least."
