"Ffs Willtell how fucking retarded are you, Moyes didn't plan to have 64% we had no choice.. Everton didn't want the ball.. Moyes got outmoysed by Dyche... Tonight we will have nowhere near that because Arsenal do want it and we're happy to let anyone that does have it."

Moyes isn't lying though is he? The big moan from you Moyes haters was our under 30% possession stats. We had 64% and still lost against Everton at home. Let's not make up stories as to why he should be going. He was always going to mess this season up because it's obvious his speciality is defending to keep a team in the PL. He's tried a few times to play attacking football and failed miserably. The board have grown used to the 3 years of European football and must see that keeping Moyes will do that. I reckon Tim Steidten will be telling the board that Moyes has to go or lose European revenues. Sullivan has moved on from his main aim of survival in PL imho...

"""I think we're changing in ourselves. We're playing a more expansive and open game than we have before, which in some ways is good. We're trying to look to open things up a bit more""ù Please, PLEASE tell me he has not said that? That has genuinely made me chuckle, fucking hell. Fucking hell!"

"Most Moyes apologists are now clearly on a wind-up. The rest are just going through the motions, rather like Moyes."

This is Moyes's last season ( a season to far imho ) especially as we know that the club are actively seeking a long term replacement. The questions are will he make through to the end of his contract and who will be his replacement. A manager worth sizing up is the current Ipswich man Kieran McKenna but the way things are going he's a good chance of getting his club ported to the EPL anyway.

"you lot? you moyes fundamentalists are the ones that keep mentioning trophies, and the only that matters is winning. I just want to see a squad full of internationals play some decent football, rather than treated like a group of donkeys battling relegation in the vauxhall conference"

How the team are set up and the style is much more important than winning a cup that let's face it most of the premier league teams would win

"Wd40 - are you saying there isn't another manager that would have won that cup with that squad in that competition. Of course there is, and they wouldn't have lost 20 league games doing it while boring most of us to death."

Will a new manager win you lot a cup?

I think he knows he's on his way out and he knows why - he can't change and he will never play the expansive game required in the job.

"he's a liar. he's got our best player in a completely unsuitable withdrawn wide role where he has little effect on games, and a decent player in ward prowse who's clearly now being told to sit next to alvarez, which again isn't getting the best out of him and making him look shit. he can't even be honest with himself"

"I think we've been more negative, defensive and BORING than we've ever been before. Fuck knows what he's been watching. We had 2 shots on target at home against Everton."

He also went on to say that if results don't pick up it will be back to the low block and counter attacking. In other words he seems to be suggesting that he's reluctantly allowed so called more expansive football until it's been proved that old Moysie was right all along and revert to type. You couldn't make it up.

When did he say that? I recall something similar at the start of last season.

Moyes seems more concerned that Rice gets a good reception tomorrow than the current form of his flailing team. Beggars belief

It did cross my mind ( yes doesn't take long with a brain as small as mine ) that tge whole EFL win just deferred the sacking of Moyes. The summer transfer business will likely confirmed to Steidten what kind of manager he is dealing with and hopefully the need for change. So I don't see the point of waiting for 5 or 6 consecutive defeats other than the negative PR his sacking would attract from a set of media pundits and commentators who he seems to be tge darling of? Maybe because he and Hodgson are the last remnants of a previous era ? Gawd knows ? The only other reasons are (1) we have t identified a list of replacements 2) the candidates we want are not available and we have wait ? Or there is compensation to be paid to prize someone away from their current job ?

Moyes out? I'm in! I've lost count of the number of good players this lucky fraud has ruined with his toxic negativity.
