Would have thought that someone else would have resurrected this subject by now.
Currently listening to Stationary Traveller by Camel.

zeb, this is my favourite live concert on youtube. someone synched the audio cd recordings to tallbastard's footage and this dude cleaned it up even more. a genius 1 hour 22 minutes
I went to first and third.
Fucking brilliant gigs and have seen this before. It totally captures the vibe of the gigs - absolutely rammed ,very sweaty.and a band at the top of their game. Dirty Boy is a monster.

This is one my favourites and utter madness.Triple polyrhythm and only Bob gets the click track.
Even listening to it does my head in.
Cardiacs are probably the band that I have seen the most. Absoutely superb live.
I was in a band that supported them a couple of times in the mid 80s and they were really friendly and kind to us unlike some bands I could mention.
Also played a couple of gigs in a band (I am a bass player primarily) with Bob Leith in 2004. We made a pretty grooved rhythm section and are still friends.
Tim was without a doubt a genius, just gutted I didn't get to see him in person. No idea how hard it is to play along to a recorded keyboard track like the later versions of the band did, but it had to be difficult especially how complex some of the tracks were. I'd put him up there with anyone

I'd normally put up with the BBC and tune in to a couple of acts with GLASTO, but I can safety say there's not one act I'd make an effort with this year. The Prodigy, maybe, but I've seen them enough of them when I was younger and they're probably way too old now to be any good.

I'm not going to post a link as it is SO far beyond NSFW I would probably be banned forever, but if you enjoy an infantile laugh (as I do), look up The Ofcom Song by Dominic Frisby on YouTube.
