"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"Probably the Eagles fucked then if he doesnt return, as McCown is both gash and old."

Wentz put out with a helmet to helmet. Targeting. They managed to spot it for the concussion assessment but not for the penalty.

"Over the moon to he playing the vikings. Clearly no mugs, but I thought the saints were awful tonight and brees had an absolute stinker which made them look better than they were."

"crystal falace 11:31 Sun Jan 5 I dont judge fans by twitter you will always get extremes, like you do on here to be fair. Saints actually fans from New Orleans are an emotional bunch, but considering what the team mean for the city, I give them some slack."

"Seen all the same arguements about the overtime rules last year after the patriots went down the field and scored in overtime to beat the chiefs everyone moaning its not fair mahomes didnt get the ball. But if both teams get the ball its a huge advantage for the team going 2nd as you know exactly what you need to do, so you're in 4 down territory the whole time. Maybe just dont let kirk cousins of all people throw a 43 yard bomb down to the goalline"

"Touchdown wins the game in overtime, used to just be a field goal to win but they changed that, Dont know any saints fans no but all over twitter last year and there were all sorts of protests in new orleans last year multiple law suits by people to the nfl after they lost to the rams"

I thought both teams got one possession each in overtime?

"I think my friend's place is bad luck again but... Saints and Brees not good enough, should never have got to overtime. I swear West Ham and the Saints can't win the same week. I will take West Ham if that actually is the case. Do you know a lot of Saints fans., falace?"

Looked like OPI he extended his full arm to push off from the defender. Get another whole offseason now of saints fans pissing and moanin about the refs. No doubt they'll bitch about not having a chance to get the ball in overtime too.

"jay gruden will be laughing at that last play, he used to get kirk to throw those all the time and rarely connected, with sonny jurgenson taking the piss after most games :.) great win that"

"Vikings at the niners next week yeah, locked in, i thought the vikes were the 5th seed when i mentioned the eagles earlier but 6th seed goes to the 1st seed"

"Vikings are a totally dofferent team when cook is healthy, hems been nursing a shoulder injury for atleast a month, seems to have recovered just in time. Grumps your mob might play the vikes next week if the eagles beat the seahawks"

"I'd rather play the vikes next week than the saints in the championship game (if we get there), so happy with this so far."

"He's fun to watch but i do think payton gets a bit carried away with using him as many ways as possible. That deep ball should have been intercepted, hung in the air for an age"

He'll be 43 before the next season starts! He's essentially a free agent this year though due to the weird way they did his contract so he may get an offer from a desperate team that the pats just wont match

"What are we saying? I'm on the Saints at -7.5 points. Sorry Cough, I don't even like the Saints but I think in that dome it is so hard for the opposing offence to get going in the playoffs. It killed the Eagles last year."

"Cant aee brady wanting that to be his ending, he'll want to come back next year. Hopefully they go all in and actually give him a load of weapons to use because you fould see last night he still has the arm strength. Only question is will he be playing in new england or somewhere else"
