"Free agency started last night and was pretty crazy some huge money being spent. Osweiler getting £18m a year for the Texans, leaving the Broncos without a QB, Giants have spent a fortune on good but not great players, Oliver Vernon has more guaranteed money than JJ Watt. lots more deals but cant be bothered to list them all."

"I'd rather play the vikes next week than the saints in the championship game (if we get there), so happy with this so far."

"He's fun to watch but i do think payton gets a bit carried away with using him as many ways as possible. That deep ball should have been intercepted, hung in the air for an age"

He'll be 43 before the next season starts! He's essentially a free agent this year though due to the weird way they did his contract so he may get an offer from a desperate team that the pats just wont match

"What are we saying? I'm on the Saints at -7.5 points. Sorry Cough, I don't even like the Saints but I think in that dome it is so hard for the opposing offence to get going in the playoffs. It killed the Eagles last year."

"Cant aee brady wanting that to be his ending, he'll want to come back next year. Hopefully they go all in and actually give him a load of weapons to use because you fould see last night he still has the arm strength. Only question is will he be playing in new england or somewhere else"

"SB, it all looks good now but the front office has still to be finalised and the redskins press corps will need to be alert and make sure that shitbag, allen, isn't still lurking in the shadows. he was tied to the hip of snyder, like the cat in the james bond films sitting on blofeld's lap. he has to be as far away from washington as possible"

"I'm delighted that the Patsies are out. As a Jets fan, that is in my DNA. But, having said that, when you've been on the receiving end of their dominance in the AFC East for the best part of 20 years, it's hard not to have respect for them and what Belichick and Brady have achieved. I hate them, because I have to, but they have been an extraordinary team for a very long time. There have been times in the past when the likes of the Jets and Fish threw everything, including the kitchen sink, at them and they still came out winning. I sincerely hope that is all coming to an end soon, but wouldn't bet against Belichick."

"I too am please the Pats are out. As much out of respect as animosity, they seem just to be able to win games the shouldn't way too often. So I go with Titans again next week and the Chiefs, I like Watson but Mahomes and Reid more."

"Was out last night, so just caught up on the first wild card games. Bills-Texans looked like a fucking corker. Watson is an excellent QB. We have Darnold now, but to think that the Jets - the fucking Jets - passed on Deshaun Watson the previous year is nuts. Crystal - no offence, but I am so pleased your lot are out of the running. I was beginning to think that the Patsies, having been so poor by their standards during the regular season, were suddenly going to light up like an Australian bush fire during the play-offs. Thank fuck that didn't happen - we can all sleep easy now."

"Takashi Miike 9:46 Sat Jan 4 Re: NFL (since 2016) Fuck - that only leaves the Jets and Browns, then! Why did you have to go and start getting all, you know, ""good"" at this shit? You're leaving us very alienated out there with the Brownies."

Maybe I am used to watching a better O-line but seeing a whole lot of miss blocks and assignments.
