Despite leaving hospital she ""remains in an extremely difficult situation,"" her lawyer Baboucar Cissé told news agency AFP. Despite the video evidence, lawyers for Mr Niang and Mr Samb argued in court that their clients had not physically attacked Ms Ndiaye.
