Cracking final episode of The Penguin.
Yes, sometimes a series loses its way with a poor unsatisfactory finale. The last two episodes were fantastic. No happy ever after. Awards on the way.

'That would suggest that the lead male character is a middle aged man who lusts after young girls who find him seedy and vile?'
You're overlooking Swiss's complete lack of self-awareness, mate.

Watched three episodes of Rivals, thought it was shit.
Fucking awful innit, pretty much everything Swiss likes is fucking shit. The thing with him is that he sees himself in these type of roles, lol.
Coming from the sad stalker who didn't even know Withnail and I was a cult film..haha.

The Day if the Jackal is fucking excellent. The soundtrack is also very good.
Milly/Cheval/Fromage/Leave etc the sad cսnt with 4 user names is a clueless cսnt.
It's an opinion
I grew up with the original film and the book.
This pretentious shite is all style over substance..is poorly cast with bland shit actors.
IS that alright with you Christophe Kunz ? you ski bum fanny

Watching Paris is Down on Prime, just watched episode 2, story and acting is ok, loads of action and a few brutal deaths.

I enjoyed the Responder with Martin Freeman but it’s a bit manic! Though a totally different thing, the intensity of the main character is not dissimilar to Adam Sandler in the movie Uncut Gems ( great movie btw) in that it’s exhausting to watch at times!!!

The Penguin - A good mini series no doubt, but does anyone else think it's tailed off a little? I find his mother an irritating character too.
Yea it has tailed off a bit, but still decent imo compared to most of the crap out there .
Yep, still a good watch. I see Line of Duty is coming back.
Going to give The Responder a go with Martin Freeman, hear that it's good.
I think I might join you ..(the responder).
Line of duty ?...that is nails
