"We're gonna have a British George Floyd now innit. The BLM mob are gonna be all over this. Expect a load of shoe shops to be looted as a ""protest"". This country's gone to the fucking dogs."

"1. The elites will have the shit scared out of the protesters, (hopefully) quelling the current violence, 2. The elites will then go back to ignoring the silent majority's concerns until something (else) triggers a new bout, 3. Go to 1."

"Spoke to my zulu mate, asked him if they are mobbing together with Wolves, Brom, Villa, Coventry etc. Now knowing their mob is very multi-racial (brits, caribbean etc) they were withdrawing from getting involved until now. Seeing families attacked and the old lad getting ambushed by the smelly soap dodgers, that lit the fuse"

1. The elites will never really live amongst the poor and the bottom quartile of intelligence and economic ability. They just can't possibly understand them. When you import the bottom into the bottom you have no idea that the aims of these two groups are not necessarily aligned. 2. Scum will be scum 3. Scum comes from bad ideology but also those who wish to fight their way out of their predicament. 4. As West Ham we should truly understand the desires of those at the bottom who want a tribe and a better life for our tribe. Anything else is bullshit. 5. I genuinely wanted a civil war because I dint want the elites to win again. 6. It feels a lot like covid all over. Same shit different lever. CUNTS

"Strangely other than Southport(because the community was in morning) I don't have a problem with the rioting shooting is a bit of embarrassment the lack of choice a damning indictment of our High Streets. Why is Muslim racism so hard to call out by authorities and media or what it is but White British racism is easy? Why can't both sides see that they are both driven by fear, hate, manipulation and indoctrination. Irony being both sides of the same coin. Yeah I know I am naive, spineless and clueless I will get back in my shell."

A few charges made against those committing violence and mayhem in Southend the other week I see The same there every year come the school holidays and the first spell of hot weather. You would think the old bill would be more on the ball by now but they always seem to get caught on the hop.

Of course it's died down len. Every 10-15 years we get a period of good weather in the school holidays and it all kicks off for a week. Always has done always will

Isn't there a whole raft of protests arranged for tomorrow?

Not necessarily. It depends why it's happening. I don't approve of looting though.

"It's all petered out now anyroad. I was hoping for serious, hardcore unrest in Birmingham yesterday but it never happened. That would've really kicked a civil war off. It's over now. *Sigh*"

"It's a story of poverty, systematic neglect by the authorities at all levels and generally a dreadful matte' You appear to be claiming that being poor makes it OK to rape little girls and for the authorities to cover up those crimes. Nobody else apart from you, a many times self-confessed admirer of perverts and rapists, is claiming that."

"Oh I can respect that - if we are talking about tackling the actual problem and the political leverage required to do so effectively, I'm with you 100%. For example, the organised sexual abuse of children in the Catholic Church - those bastards know not to come to my door."

"Pickle, on the contrary I feel there 100% SHOULD be political capital and gain with it. Those pushing for change, to ensure that type of things don't happen again should absolutely make the gains, at the total expense of the political parties and set up, that allowed it to take place for so many years. It's not one party in particular but the whole fucking set-up. Do I think that rioting is the best way to force the issue, no, I don't. But at the same time I think that the wishes and thoughts of a large % of the population is completely ignored and silenced. And that's why this has happened. It's one of the many reasons I no longer bother voting and also why I resent seeing increases in my community tax, led by increases in the cost of policing. I am sick and tired of hikes in that, when I see a number of examples of what it's paying for. I don't want to pay for an organisation of flat track bullies who will turn up mob handed to deal with a homeless person, when that is the same organisation that turns a blind eye to the rape of young girls."

"...."" - anyone trying to make political capital out of it is absolute scum."" People constantly try to make political capital out of all/any crime - particularly politicians and their more fanatical followers. This, in principle is no different to not building enough prison capacity to match society's contemporaneous needs - generally based on an estimate of population size - in order to claim ""Crime has not increased on MY watch."". When & where does the ""complex"" side of things come into it?"

"What I'm talking about is networks of Pakistani men running child prostitution rackets focused on care homes for anything up to a decade with the local authorities and police failing to act followed by attempts to cover up the whole seething mess. It's a story of poverty, systematic neglect by the authorities at all levels and generally a dreadful matter - anyone trying to make political capital out of it is absolute scum."

"Pickle, you mentioned the grooming scandals as ""òcomplex', but they are not. It was a complete and utter dereliction of duty by certain members of the police and social services, and that has been argued by other members of the police and social services, who did try to raise the alarm and gets things done, but were silenced. Some of the latter have since appeared on radio shows explaining what happened. There is NOTHING complex about it. When people pay taxes in a civilised society the fucking very least they can expect, is that bodies such as the police should not be ignoring the systematic rape of vulnerable girls. Otherwise what's the point? When it gets to that point, then law and order really had broken down, so why are we even paying them? Those responsible for ignoring it should be utterly ashamed of it for the rest of their lives. Please do explain the ""òcomplex' bit though""¶."

"Don't think ""Concerned about immigration"" and ""Prone to criminal activity"" are mutually exclusive traits; some people are one, some the other - there's probably a few that are both and some neither. I do think that all immigrants should be provided with a list of societal priorities - in English - for guidance and maybe an indication of how they're expected to behave in their new country. Their number one priority should be that of being able to communicate in the official language of their host/new home. Fill your boots as often as you like trying to explain why that is unreasonable - not sure how immigrants can be remotely surprised that the native people of England speak...well...umm...English."

"...... Same with the BLM protests. The underlying issues here are the sense of a 2 tier approach and a large proportion of working class people particularly up North feel marginalised, abandoned and frustrated. As for voting and democracy - When Ukip got over 12% of the vote in 2015 becoming the 3rd largest party they got just 1 seat in Parliament. When Reform recently got over 4 million votes becoming the 3rd largest party they got just 4 seats."
