Woke watch

"There is a very good section on GB news where the ludicrous idiocies of Wokeness are looked at I thought we would should have one for WHO. I'll start with Baptiste on BBC: In Hungary,an ambassador's family are kidnapped by Islamic terrorists and carry out atrocities. At the end of the last episode Baptiste finds out that it is a false flag operation and conveniently, the real culprits are white supremacists who want to stop all immigration. Coronation Street ITV a gay black footballer is stopped by the police, because he is driving an expensive car. He is pushed to the ground during an altercation, and damages his leg threatening his career. Could have been written by Dawn Butler or a BLM activist."

I only said it looks OK, I didn't suggest I wanted to buy one.
My point is that without the advertising campaign they might have had half a chance of flogging a few. Now they'll find they're in the Gillette/Budweiser/Harley Davidson type of brown stuff.

The actual Jaguar cars actually look OK, even in the slightly soppy colours they've chosen. The Miami pink thing does make sense, although I'm completely at sea with blue for London creatively. One for a girl, one for a boy, innit?
The actual problem is the new logo - very silly, and the massively explosive, gay, woke, customer-alienating, straight white male-baiting, pile of McKnight that is the advertising campaign.
How many people praising to the heavens Jaguar's new offering will actually be buying one? How many have put down an off-plan deposit to be an early owner?
Let's not forget, Jaguar is a business (not a branch of some LGBT+ faction) and businesses do things in order to make money - nothing more, nothing less.
So. All those creaming themselves over the concept, let's see your invoices from Jaguar for the car.
Personally, I find it more bland than a thread about cooking on a football fans' website, but that's just me.

“think you’re just a mixed up angry fool who’d be up in arms if you had to pay a penny in tax more for better policing”
I’d be up in arms about that* Pickle.
Primarily because I’d be of the opinion that throwing more money at the problems wouldn’t make a blind bit of difference. They had the resources to tackle it and enough evidence to have done so years before. That they didn’t has fuck all to do with extra money.
* when I say “up in arms”, I think resigned to a ridiculous state of affairs is probably closer to the mark.

What about the decades of grooming concealed by the Catholic Church? Are we allowed even to mention it?
You mean it's not mentioned? Idiot.
The BBC have caused more of a stir over this than they ever did Huw Edwards.
Well, I think you get very angry as soon as the systematic sexual abuse inside the Catholic Church is mentioned. But not because of the abuse but because someone has dared mention it. Meanwhile, you apparently get really angry about people not making a big political thing about the Pakistani grooming gangs. I think you’re just a mixed up angry fool who’d be up in arms if you had to pay a penny in tax more for better policing and social services in Rotherham and absolutely freaking out if the authorities went after the groomers in the Church.

Where have I got very angry at either? Idiot.

Jesus didn't score against us at the weekend, unlike a load of his team mates, so maybe the fear of Guehi wanting to stick it up his poop shoot put him off?

Declaring his love for Jesus on a gay armband symbol? If he wants to declare his urge to bum Jesus, that's fine by me.
Think you forgot the words "the little baby" between "bum" & "Jesus".
Happy to correct your obvious personal oversight, clearly generated in your haste to have your say on the matter.

The FA are overstepping the mark with their Woke agenda here. Shameful what they're doing and totally oblivious to how bad it looks. Some could also say there's a 2 time society going on too...
So glad that these Captains are brave enough to make their point and prepared to suffer the draconian consequences over something so trivial.

Interesting way of reacting to the noncing in the Catholic Church this. Wonder why nobody would dream of levelling this kind of banter at those making Rotherham their political lodestone?
Interesting way to react to Muslim grooming gangs by trying to point the finger elsewhere.

In the last 5 to 10 years, how many cases of child grooming by the church has there been in the U.K.?
Then tell me how many children have been groomed by groups of Muslim men.

"Fuck it,someone has to say it:There has been more Liberal media fury over Greg Wallace telling Kirsty Wark a dirty joke than there ever was over the years-long violation of white working class girls by grooming gangs. I find it ridiculous and sinister."
Wise words from Brendan O' Neil.

Indeed. Believing in that mumbo jumbo is itself a key indicator in likely success in sport which explains why you see so many religious athletes compared to the general population.
Funny how there are less complaints about the muslim who refused to wear it:
