I didn't have much of a strategy other than filling positions first. The individuals I wanted were always gone by the time that position came up.

He's now back and coaching Cousins. He retired from being a head coach due to health issues, but he's had two years away now. He's quite an acquisition for the Vikes if he stays healthy and happy in that co-ordinator role. He's almost over-qualified for it."
