We look a decent side in the last three minutes of games! Commentator got it right when he stated the subs were like for like. David certainly doesn't like trying something different but a wins a win. Maybe Soucek should go up front that will allow Lucas his central berth.

Northern Sold 11:12 Well said Sold. I'm sure some people on here would have prefered a better performance even if we lost.

"Ings, Johnson, Cresswell, Benrahma and Fornals Time to move on. Get whatever fees we can. Cover some of the wages if we have to. Throw in Mubama, Chesters, Scarles, Kodua and Earthy. Can’t do any harm."

"Soucek bails out Moyes again. Such a poor performance. Not sure what was going on in that team. Picks players he hasnt given opportunity to most of the season and expects them to play in unfamiliar positions with players they havent played with. Absolutely clueless. Fornals looked better when switched sides - dreadful before, Cornet was bright and I cant understand why he is never given minutes as he is technically decent. Kehrer looked more comfortable than Johnson who just looked rusty and error prone. Cresswell didnt look fit gave no support to Benrahma who also did very little. Mubama ran his socks off. Probably needs to improve his first touch and not drop into midfield so much. His energy was good though and hurried the opposition into mistakes. Another forgettable game, most are these days. I wish there was the confidence and swagger of a team that won a European trophy."

Fraser... to be honest I didn't watch it and reading most of the comments I'm very glad about that. In an ideal world we would upgrade Soucek but that isn't going to happen while Moyes is in charge so I've just decided to appreciate Tomas for what he's good at.

What the fuck has happened to Fornals?? Benrhama is an absolute embarrassment. Super Tommy saves us again. Great ball from Cornet. The ref looked like a real life lesbian. Awful game of football.

I’m wondering if Moyes is involved in the running of this site because its performance is every bit as shit as the team under Moyes.

"More evidence of Moyes inexperience / inability to manage a squad. For years he had limited resources at Everton and used a limited number of players. He doesn’t know what squad rotation is about it seems and how to best use and motivate a squad? Players out of position as usual, no intensity, no tempo or energy as the players look like they don’t know what they’re doing or just going thru the motions? Same formula of waiting until 60-70 mins before doing anything, embarrassingly poor technical quality in passing and controlling a football, no movement, the cutting edge of a feather. Turgid, insipid, weak and powder puff. Relying on last gasp “smash and grab” as described by one of the pundits in Talkshite is not a plan or strategy for success. Based on that we need about 10 players and 5 of real quality to replace the dross that stinks out “The Moyes Squad”. Wonder what Howe, Emery or a proper coach could do with our squad? And finally, Maxwell Cornet showed a few flashes of promise and ultimately a cross that if Kudus had put it in we would all be raving about it. Why oh why has he not had a look in? Less than 10 minutes action ? Is he an unenthusiastic individual in training or has he been carrying an injury all this time ? Planet Moyes is one strange place"

Two You forgot terrible management. Players out of position again. Defence and midfield miles away from Mubama. Terrible subs apart from Cornet who should have been on at have. Disgraceful use of the Youth Players at the end handing out track suits to the players. I've never seen subs used that way.what a cսnt

Ludo - Really I think he's actually proved my point which is we create fuck all with him in the midfield and if we're chasing a goal in the end of the game throw him on.. He shouldn't be starting.. Because we're devoid of creativity.. The midfield is completely wrong..

gph 9:59 Thu Nov 30 You don't think that might be in some way connected with the fact that up until t9night he's not been given a chance to play more than 10 minutes chasing a game we're losing ? I feel sorry for Mubama too... he must've known what to expect when he was lining up in a front 3 with Benrahma and Fornals

Utterly boring. Felt sorry for Mubama as it was his chance to displace Ings by scoring a goal. While he wasn't setting the game alight it wasn't quite his fault there were a dearth of chances.

"We seem to have set the bar so low for boring talentless football it’s on the floor. Could have done something else for 90 minutes and just checked the result, i wouldn’t have missed anything decent. Should change our name to West Ham Yawnited."

"The biggest crime in football is giving the ball away, we do it more than any team I know. Joe Cole called it right at half time as dross. I gave it until the hour then turned it off. That was as bad as anything from a West Ham team I have seen before."

"Soucek may be very good at breaking up play, but his passing technique is so far below what you'd expect from a professional footballer, that he shouldn't really be in the team, unless he's scoring goals. Since he IS scoring goals... Danny Ings, on the other hand, doesn't score goals, doesn't make any but the simplest of passes, and certainly doesn't break up (the opposition's) play. Apart from wasting a bit of time when he's brought on, I'd be grateful if someone could inform me what he does do"

Horrible game vs pub level team… Played like zombies with little creativity… Thanks to Soucek Cornet for 3 points… Moyes tactical genius relying on crosses and sideways passes…he needs to go for this display alone… Midfield was invisible…disgusting by Paqueta and Fornals JWP… MUST DO BETTER…

"Terrible match. Terrible performance. The squad players are shocking. Benrhama & Fornals need moving on. Good old Tommy though, he does it again. Will need to vastly improve against Palace."
