"BTW, for those thinking Ange was so great making 5 subs. He took off Maddison who was their biggest threat, and even with 5 subs, the saps STILL couldn't beat us."

"I enjoyed that after Saturday's match! Feared the worst going in without Sicario, and after their first went in on 4 minutes, but fair play. More or less matched them on chances, and held our own on shots on target. Good showing from our defence. Zouma, and The Greek were solid, and I thought Vlad played well, too. 4 points from 6 off the Yids. I would have taken that at the beginning of the season. Come on ypu fuckin IRONS."

The last time a Premier League game was played without any substitutions being made was 22 March 2003 - Manchester United v Fulham. Football from 20 years ago. Classic Moyes.

"Looks like Moyes got it right tonight. Antonio takes his chance like he should we take the full 6 points off this lot this season, instead gotta settle for only 4. Decent result although disappointed we didn’t win tonight, not quite the drubbing many on here said we would get was it. It’s alright we know who you are. Anyway onwards and upwards, we’ve got a big couple of weeks coming up. Exciting stuff! Can’t wait!"

"10 out of 10 for effort and commitment but only 6 out of 10 for quality on and with the ball. But I was predicting a potential heavy loss so with Alvarez and Areola and after Saturday a respect the point triumph. Moyesball, low block, and counter or set piece a goal at is best. Great if you don’t mind not having the ball much and ok with seeing quite a few clearances straight back to the opposition. But they struggled to pass thru us in our penalty area. You can see we are 4 or 5 short of being at a higher level and its mostly because we need more pace and movement and technical quality in several positions. But thats hopefully going to be addressed in summer, hopefully to a large extent but will probably mean havijg to sell Paqueta fir the funding needed. Still need a new coach though. As mentioned, the bench did not have an option you could say might change the game favourably for us. Pretty poor after some large spending windows. In the end, Paqueta dropping deeper and doing a defensive shift helped close some gaps in midfield and made us hard to get thru but good performances from the CBs too Oh well, have to hope we scrape to 8th place for Euro conference qualification even though Im not overly confident. Trade off to that is more Moyes. Still good point on balance and more than I expected"

"There are points and even prizes in the Moyes way. But he needs his strikers to be on top of their game. Unfortunately, Antonio and Bowen weren't today - Bowen is human, and Antonio is beginning to be an aged human, in football terms at least (and Annie Dings IS an aged human - in the same terms). If Moyes stays, signing Ivan Toney would be massive"

A rare defence of Moyes here on no subs . After the weekend he was on a hiding to nothing unless he got an injury. Put on Ings for Antonio with ten left and we lose Moyes gets grief. Not a fan but doing nothing was probably best tonight.

Well fought for point. Nobody is going to secure the 6th/7th spot it’s nuts. Newcastle have a far better run in than us without Europe. I think some of our players looked totally knackered at about 75 minutes. Rest Antonio for Wolves and play Ings then sub for Mubama. Save Micky for the Germans.

A complete lack of ambition. Always the same whoever we play stuck with 11 of our players in and around our box for most of the second half. Moyes is a fraud. We are supposed to be playing on our home ground.

Martin Tyler is a Tottenham cսnt. About 10 times he's snidily said this is a big game for West Ham but not for Spurs.
