"“The Global Agenda” - adapting to the real world so you can act rationally in conditions of free movement of people, goods and services both at work and in your free time. You don’t have to take that Fentanyl just because of the doctor’s prescription and it isn’t his fault if you do."

"Re Globalists Apple became the first company to reach $3 trillion in market value, which is more than the GDP of India, the UK and France. Even today, with a market cap of $2.6 trillion, it is higher than the GDP of Canada, Italy, South Korea, Russia, Brazil and many other countries. There are around 150 companies that dominate the World's economy."

"Democracies are not renewed each second. They are build upon foundations that need to build over a long time to become strong and stable. for me: Brexit was about trying to bring democracy closer to home which just means we can focus on our idiots as opposed to foreign idiots (Putin and US presidents aside) Climate change is about energy security. If you don't have energy security in the future you need to create new versions or your democracy will be fucked anyway. Covid was a legitimate response to an unknown threat that just turned political rapidly, exposing the real nature of or economic and political World which did not look in good shape. This all after the 2008 credit crunch that almost broke part of the West. Holding all this shit together needs some fucking excellent distractions."

"""At the last election the Tories had a huge majority in parliament on 43.6% of the vote so could do what they bloody well liked despite being backed less than half the electorate. What happened after that shows how fucked our democracy is"" its ok, Labour will win the election this year, and they can set about overturning all of those nasty Tory policies they disagree with. They won't, of course, because there's no discernable difference between the two. Very sad what's happening over here. Across the world, we're beginning to see the wholesale rejection of the globalist agenda - that utter cսnt Trudeau is getting trounced in the polls, Macron is failing, the fact that an imbecile like Trump is even close to being favourite to win in the US is mind boggling, and yet here, we are presented with two identikit candidates who have precisely the same agenda. Sadly, we'll likely have to wait another term to catch up with the rest of the world."

", 1:08 Mon Mar 25 Theoretically our MPs are meant to represent all people in their constituency but, politically, they do not. John Stuart Mill warned of the Tyranny of the Majority in On Liberty but the two party system, combined with first past the post more or less guarantees Tyranny of the Minority. At the last election the Tories had a huge majority in parliament on 43.6% of the vote so could do what they bloody well liked despite being backed less than half the electorate. What happened after that shows how fucked our democracy is."

"Its only a brief winning argument. In the assumption you won anything. You either want to win for yourself, some others or all if possible. This might still ignore the non human World that doesnt get to vote. I’m guessing most vote for self interest"

"I'll try that again with a proper keyboard Of course people in the West choose on the most important things like climate change and immigration. In fact, they have to make those choices all the time in daily life. The key thing is some have the resources to make those choices in a rational manner and some don’t. Like any political system, democracy can only offer people a range of opportunities to choose, and in the case of liberal democracy that case is too wide for the likes of Fat Ron, not too narrow."

"Are you being payed or played for posting like that? After all we have our country back now, do as we like unfettered by evil mutual interest treaties etc. We live in a country that has not had a centrally representative democratic system ever. Are you and others suddenly waking up and realising that government by the largest minority is unfair?"

Nonsense. Rational reductionism leads to clarity on cause and effect as a particular course of action is planned and implemented. A sense of good and bad is an entirely different matter altogether and is exactly about a sense on common interest or the holistic awareness totally independent of any specific action. People who talk philosophy without an understanding of the basics really do say the most absurd things.

"The West isn't really a democracy any more. We aren’t given choices in the most important issues, like climate change and immigration. Just look at Ireland. We are railroaded by the liberal ruling elite under the illusion of voting red or blue, but in reality, unless there is significant unrest and protests, there isn’t much of a discernible difference in either choice. They impose whatever suits them and are currently busy passing laws to ensure no one can challenge what they are doing."

"Western democracy utilises enlightenment, rational reductionism to break the world into tiny parts that can be used to define right and wrong or good and bad. These arguments take a long time and generally dismiss more holistic interpretations and do indeed focus on the needs of each individual. A holistic view would be “ the good of the nation” comes first at the detriment to some in it or that “ God knows best”. In these cases the individual is less important than the group. However, in both cases the high priests are generally the winners for a period. If you align with the high priest you might feel no need to win an argument, merely spout nonsense."

"I already have. Thing about democracy is EVERYTHING is democratic. Businesses, law, government, all organisations. You need to win the argument. That was my issue with Covid. It was so undemocratic and as each day passes the truth gets exposed more and more. In a country that is not democratic the hard men rule."

Democracy requires winning the argument within democratic organisations. You then get a short time to prove your argument is best while everyone else tries to thwart you.

"“The sight of those beaten-up men, who are supposed to be guilty even before hearing charges before a judge, should tell you everything you need to know about the state of the justice system in Russia right now.” You’re a disgusting little worm Pickle. You’ll be bleating about their human rights imminently I’m sure."

“a brilliantly accurate description of exactly what is happening in the US right now” Of course a well-known populist tactic is to make totally spurious claims to whip up negative emotion and keep the target vote mobilised. No specific facts are presented because none are required.
