West Ham United is delighted to confirm the signing of England midfielder Kalvin Phillips on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season. The 28-year-old joins the Hammers from Manchester City and could make his debut in Thursday’s Premier League fixture with AFC Bournemouth at London Stadium.

If Moyes stays he will not want Downes back as that would prove him wrong. I don't think even Moyes would insist on bringing Phillips in on a permanent deal though... he will go for the combo of Maguire and McTomminay again though.

Mike I guess that depends if Moyes is still here next season. According to reports Nobes and Steidten wanted to only loan Downes out and Moyes wanted him sold. So he will surely come back if Moyes does not renew his contract.

Wouldn't surprise me if Moyes tries to buy Phillips that's just the kind of moronic thing he'll do.

Good Staff = Professional He's not fit = Unprofessional He's not putting in a shift when played = Unprofessional He then uses abusive sign language when told he's not doing his job and is effectively useless = unprofessional. Abusive customer can make for a better service. And I doubt you'd go anywhere near defending one of your staff who has shown your business to be unprofessional.
