Doesn't work, does it?
Completely ruined my Tesco finest Cumberlands.
Had to give them to the dog.
Given me the right fucking hump, that has.

Why would any adult have an air fryer, just learn to fucking cook.Â
Â
the learning to cook part is the recipe and what to cook when, not the literal action of turning a fucking oven on, did you think that was the tricky part?
Yeah chucking absolutely anything and everything into an air fryer is an art. learn to cook.Â

I came home from the pub the other day a bit tipsy, and chucked some FISH FINGERS into mine, and they came out a treat.

Actually, The Air Dryer would have quite a reputation as a club. Not quite the same level as The Blue Oyster or The Tower of Power but you get my DRIFT...

Last Christmas day I did a small joint of beef in an airfryer while the turkey and a few other things were cooking in the proper oven. Actually came out pretty well TBH. Very very hassle free as well. It's a superb addition when trying to cook a Christmas dinner in terms of being able to do loads of stuff at once.

You're right, they're definitely made for children.
Chuck it in and turn it on. yeah, for kids.Â
So, exactly the same as a conventional oven then.

I like the fact that the're so easy to clean. I do roast potatoes in mine and a quick wipe with kitchen roll does the job as opposed to a greasy pan or Pyrex dish.

I make decent chips in mine, or make jacket potatoes, which it's very good at.
I've never tried to put MEAT in mine, yet. I've been tempted at times, but I just end up cooking whatever normally. My dad reckons his steaks turn out surprisingly decent in the air fryer.

The title suggested some kind of euphemism or analogy? Certainly a few on here would have experienced something of that nature back in the day on a sat night, its 10 to 2am in some cesspit of a night club, not too many ermm… fit types left on the dance floor, you make ur move, gratitude is returned, … its now 9am, strange house, *** begin chewing arm off ***

Try it. They come out perfect.....
.....If you aren't a thick cÕ½nt.Â
Yes I will. So come on detail then, how long in the air fryer? do you defrost them first (I suspect not) and do you flip them halfway through?
Frozen bangers are probably going to take 15-18 mins. Fresh bangers will be quick - Probably looking at 7 - 10 mins at most. If you have a good air fryer probably the lesser.Â
My advice would be to defrost first so you get them done quicker. But be wary, you need to keep your eye on them. After they start to colour check them regular and just give them a good shake. The hot air circulates so they do get an even colour, but you just need to make sure they don't stick, so that's why you give them a good shake regularly.
They never split (well, mine haven't) and they always come out perfectly cooked.Â
we have even gone proper middle class and got a meat spike that tells you temp. 68 degrees is bang on. And let them sit for a few mins before eating.Â
OK thanks. I normally have my air fryer on full heat as when you look up how to best cook something, or someone gives you some advice, it/they normally just tell you for how long, rarely mentions a temp like it would for oven cooking, but maybe for sausages go lower so they are cooked inside properly, the max temp on my air fryer is 200c.

I find air fryers are hit and miss, don't think I've tried sausages though. It gets my goat when the cunts split in the pan though.

Why turn a massive oven on just to cook a few bangers? It's all about energy consumption innit.Â

I done some Cumberland snorkers in the air fryer and they came out just splendid, maybe you need to review your air fryer cooking technique?

Leonard.
I suspect that the blame here lies with neither the appliance or the bangers. I regularly cook sausages in my air fryer and not once have I been disappointed with the end result. You need to up your game in the kitchen son.

Leonard,
The only thing that doesnt work is wet food, like eggs.
Sausages work very well, just have to move them regularly.
Is there a teeny, tiny chance you were pissed?

It's weird. Only last night I mentioned to my mother in law how well sausages come out of the air fryer. No lines, just a lovely, even, all over browning that makes them delicious.Â
You must be a right thick cÕ½nt to fuck up bangers in the air fryer.Â
