Having considered the pros and cons of Lineker carefully, I'd say the man is a cսnt.

The sanctimonious cսnt has obviously realised that the couple of three hours per week he was wasting on MOTD would be better spent caring for the dinghy-surfers he so obviously loves and undoubtedly houses.
He can now fully focus on housing and kitting out his full range to all his new friends from sunnier climbs.
Good luck Gal

Maybe that Utter Geordie bellend will get the gig?
They’d never ask Gazza. Too risky.
No one will top that suggestion. That would be fucking brilliant!

That job, including prep, is about 5 hours a week. £100k p.a. is more than enough.

He should have taken the occasional leaf out of his brother's book and got twisted up on the white isle then he might have been more bearable. Instead we have the holier than thou version that costs us an absolute bomb for the privilege via the telly licence.

Mark Chapman is the best current presenter already does the Sunday MOTD and doesn't mind disagreeing with the pundits
Good shout.

I’d be very happy to have Gabby Yorath take the reigns - and since she is a woman she may very well do so.

BBC should rest assured that, decent presenter though he is, MOTD will not lose a single viewer when he goes. Glad he's going but it will probably mean we hear more from him, one way or another.

A woke as fuck attention seeker, BUT one of the best MOTD presenters and a good pundit, probably the longest the BBC has had?
Doubt we have heard the last of him though, will be furnishing us all with his wokery im sure
Dread to think who we will get instead............

Say what like but he was bloody good at it.
He can, at least, string a few coherent sentences together effortlessly rather the rest of the random word salad merchants that comprise the vast majority of the football talking heads.
Pat Nevin is another.

I'll laugh when all the celebrating on here turns to a full on meltdown when Alex Scott is announced as his replacement.
Anything's an improvement on Linekers virtue signalling ways. I'm just happy he's finally fucking off the crisp munching jug eared liberal luvvie.

This is true. It's not going to be a white heterosexual man replacing him is it.
