How do we know (KNOW) what is broadcast as "live" actually is "live"?

I've always had a sneaking suspicion that they have a few dozen "rehearsals" first then pick the one they prefer to broadcast as the "live" one.

I want the season to end. No change a draw against Millwall would go ahead if we were drawn with them and we’re probably out at the first hurdle.
